Bare bones Cloud-to-Cloud backup solution
What do you like best about the product?
Simple (eventual) set-up, effective backup solution, clean interface and fast, good support when required.
What do you dislike about the product?
No ability to see total used storage, as is a license-based model.
Recovery is a complete pain in procedure/practice.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Microsoft 365 backup solution, as was considerably cheaper than Afi.ai due to our already utilising Barracuda for e-mail & security/filtering services.
Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup Just Works!
What do you like best about the product?
Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Back is just stupid simple to use. The backups are done daily, are immutable, and easy to pull down an export. I recently needed to grab a copy of a file that was stored on SharePoint from two weeks ago and was able to drill into the item, export it and provide it to the requestor in minutes. We also use this to backup the emails and OneDrive files for terminated users by grabbing an export of the email PST and the OneDrive contents and writing them off to secondary storage. This takes a lot less effort that doing so directly from Microsoft.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really have no complaints at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having secure backups and immutable backups and keeping them for years.

What is our primary use case?
Our customers primarily use Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup for backing up Microsoft 365, including Microsoft Exchange email, SharePoint sites, OneDrive, and Teams data.
What is most valuable?
I find restoration and setup to be the most valuable features because they are easy to use, easy to find, and easy to set up for the first time. Restoration allows me to recover a single file or a whole library or folder quickly, with the option to restore to either the original location or a new location. The latest updates have improved user-friendliness, especially for business-to-business interactions, enabling me to handle backup restorations and setups efficiently for my customers.
What needs improvement?
Navigating through folders and finding files can be a bit slow, taking up to three to five seconds between clicks, which feels slow compared to the speed in SharePoint or a browser. While this may depend on the data being loaded, speeding up this process would be an improvement.

I have been working with Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup for four years.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
From my experience, the stability of Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup is excellent.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
I find Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup to be very scalable. There is no limit, and I pay for what I use. If I start storing more data, it accommodates without issues.
How are customer service and support?
The technical support from Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup is excellent. They are responsive and have a strong relationship with their customers.

How was the initial setup?
Setting up an initial account involves some manual processes, which can feel outdated, but it may have been improved since my last setup. Once the account is set up, it works smoothly.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
The pricing for Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup can be considered moderate. It is around £5 per user, which could be pricey for big companies, but backing up is essential when using Microsoft 365.
What other advice do I have?
Overall, I would rate Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup a nine out of ten.

What do you like best about the product?
The best feature of the Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup is the fast and easy to use interface. The service quickly performs restores. The interface is intuitive and easy to use. The search feature is very helpful for single file / email restores. We like that it integrates with Azure authentication, making it easier for my admins to securely authenticate with MFA. Setup was very easy, we had it connected to our Azure portal in under 30 minutes. Customer support is friendly and helpful. We have not had to create too many tickets, however we receive fast, efficient help.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only dislike is with the licensing. Cloud to Cloud Backup and Message Archiver are now separate licenses. When you purchase the Appliance they both come included. This was something I was not told until after my purchase. However, the product is worth the money and priced competitively within the market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a cloud email backup solution for DR and backups as our email, Teams, and One Drive which is cloud hosted by Microsoft Office 365. We needed a solution that performed entire mail box restores even if the user was deleted in Azure. We also needed a solution that allowed us to perform file level searches with unlimited or high storage capacity.

The protection for email and easy way for configuration with Malware protection.
What do you dislike about the product?
For many years they have been advising there will be a way to set retention policies. so far after 2 yrs, still not in development.

Cloud to Cloud backup was easy to configure our daily backups and verify data is actively being backed up. Any time we have had issues support has resolved our issues in a timely manner

The interface for recovering data could be easier to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud backup solved the issue of backing up our MS products of Teams, One Drive, etc.

It's nice having the peace of mind that our cloud data is secured! Customer support is very helpful! It's also very easy to use and implement! We use this product very frequently and utilize numerous features!

Just ensuring that our cloud data is safe. Our cloud data is what generates all of our revenue, so we need to secure it!
Easy to use interface that backs up all your necessary Microsoft software
What do you like best about the product?
The number of features and seamless integration was a key aspect to us switching to Cloud to Cloud Backup for our Backups. It easily connected to all our Microsoft software. I get a daily report about the status of the backups which keeps me at ease. We have needed to go back to find a document in the backups multiple times and it has always been easy to search through the backups and obtain the specific folder or documents. If we have issues, support has always contacted us very quickly and they are efficient in resolving and problems that arise.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some drawbacks - it can take some time to load when you pick a date that is a few years back. Depending on the amount of data you are looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our main backup storage solution so we do not have to configure onsite backups. We do not have to worry about redundancy and security. We let Barracuda handle that for us.
Detailed responsiveness down to file level recovery, but wait times can vary!
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to recover down to the file level is essential in a true cloud-to-cloud solution, and depth of indexing is key in tracking those changes. Seeing version histories directly within the product main pages is key to obtaining access to the desired information expeditiously.
What do you dislike about the product?
Load timeouts within extensively large data sets can be quite frustrating. Even within a high bandwidth capable network (5GB symmetrical up/down) still have several occurrences of load errors especially when navigating to versions deep within the data time frames. Generally able to page refresh and begin the process again with considerable success, but generates some frustration in short time framed requests.

Emphasizing a layer of immutability in backing up a cloud copy of a MS365 tenant that grows quite rapidly.

Efficiency, portal, trust, and that is optimizes when to complete backups to reduce throttle at Microsoft.

Nothing at this time. Very easy to use and configure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Microsoft's Shared Responsibility states they give you the system, but your data is your data. They do not backup so you must have a 3rd party backup. We have used this countless times.
