Great Support, Great Product
What do you like best about the product?
Customer service and support is incredible, and documentation is pretty strong
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a lot of complexity to leveraging OneSignal across apps and websites, and it took us quite awhile to figure out how to get it to work for us
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OneSignal does a great job at giving us a communication and engagement tool across all of our digital touchpoints, and makes it so we're not managing several different systems
Enhancing our user engagement
What do you like best about the product?
This tool helps us to send push messages, customized messages and mails to our end customers or our potentials that helps to make our visibility in the ecosystem and also track the performance of any campaign or activity we launch or activate. The templates provided are good to go with. Also, the teach team is available when needed and this can get integrated with other 3 party tools like we use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It becomes difficult for us if we drill and dive down to a particular push notification or a message that we want to analyze. The search button does not help us to reach to that particular notification but at the same time you get to see an independent page for each notification highlighting about the performance and metrics achieved by it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted a tool in place that can help us to record and measure our user traction and we could evaluate it for our next business decisions. It also helped us to send push notifications or schedule them for the different campaigns we launched and floated across and the kind of response we received for it. It helped us to reach a much broader section of the society.
Better than firebase
What do you like best about the product?
I used it to send notifications during the procedures of the customers at the hospital and to send notifications in the evaluation of the hospital services after the operation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had a hard time using the Live activities product. You can make the configuration more understandable and simple.

Great experience with OneSignal customer support
What do you like best about the product?
The solution is straightforward to configure and maintain. In particular, OneSignal's provisionator makes renewing an APS extremely easy. A close second is the responsiveness of their support.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not encountered any downsides yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OneSignal enables us to send notifications to our customer's mobile phones.
Although it can be developed a little more as an interface, it is quite useful.

Easy to use API's, not bad for user segmentation and statistics

UX experience and interface could be improved a bit more.

It makes our job much easier when sending notifications to our users.
An effective user messaging tool
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to create push notifications in the platform and schedule them to be released. It is also effective for creating messages for breaking news to drive users to our site and app.
What do you dislike about the product?
Finding a specific push notification that was sent can be a bit of a pain, as there does not seem to be a search function or a way to filter by date. However, each notification has its own page to track performance, so we save the link to that page for any that we need to track long-term.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OneSignal helps us to drive traffic to specific breaking news articles and to prompt users to download our app. This is increasing our user retention and engagement across all of our properties.
Very nice application and easy application
What do you like best about the product?
it was very easy to use, I had no trouble looking for something. It has an intuitive architecture. We can send notifications to our users in a very simple way. By far the best app on the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I say that there is nothing I don't like, it would be unfair to the application.

We sent instant notifications to our customers and remarketed. We segmented our users and examined the feedback.

One Signal: An Effective Way to Reach the School Community
What do you like best about the product?
One Signal offers a quick and streamlined way to reach parents and staff when important information must be made known. OneSignal, coupled with our PS 33 App provides an effective to reach our wider school community.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that might be said is that navigating the OneSignal site/portal may not be as easy for those who aren't as tech-savvy as others. However, this can be remedied through training by knowledgeable users and through OneSignal representatives.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Through OneSignal and our school's social media, it is very easy to communicate important information to parents, guardians and staff.
Fluent UX, excellent UI
What do you like best about the product?
Fast and very intuitive interface. We sent notifications about the campaigns we prepared as designers very easily. There are so many customization options, congratulations to the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a bit expensive when we wanted to use all the features. But it's not too much of a problem, overall the product deserves it.
