What do you like best about the product?
Simple step by step integration and a free tier make it really easy to get up and running with OneSignal. Helpful chat support is also just a click away!
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't encountered anything I dislike yet
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OneSignal enables me to send web push notifications to any platform and / or device in a easy and standardised way. The return on effort is huge.

What do you like best about the product?
User-friendly Interface: OneSignal offers an intuitive dashboard that allows users to easily create and manage notifications.

Frequency Capping: As of my last update, some users wanted more refined control over frequency capping to prevent overwhelming end-users with notifications.

What do you like best about the product?
OneSignal, as the name suggests, provides a singular platform for all kinds of comms for our users.
OneSignal also provides detailed client SDKs that help in developer integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Understanding the panel is a bit confusing and overwhelming at the first sight.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously, we had to integrate separate platforms for separate comms. Like email, push notifications, and sms.
Now, we've just integrated one platform and it does all the comms for us.

We also now get a comprehensive platform for all sorts of comms analytics.

What do you like best about the product?
OneSignal is a simple, all-in-one solution for sending out push notifications to users either all at once or in specified segments. It was really easy to get set up and has helped us stay in touch with our users with instant updates. Highly recommended.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's sometimes a delay between sending a notification and and all users receiving it, and the platform doesn't offer any explantion why – this has tripped us up a couple of times when sending out urgent updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OneSignal lets us easily connect with users in real-time, and lets us reach out with personalised and company-wide updates. This has helped us get the word out when new features and promotions are launched.

What do you like best about the product?
We all wish that integrating software into an existing application was always easy. Unfortunately that is not always the case. As a developer, the installation process can be well documented, but still leave you with questions and an inconsistent experience.

I reached out to OneSignal after ruling out the obvious on my end. Marc provided technical support for my case and went above and beyond to help me. I was very impressed with the personalized support.

Marc listened to me and understood what I had already attempted. Marc got hands on and started testing in the browser and ultimately helped us identify that something in one of our bundles was preventing the OneSignal code from running.

Very grateful for this level of knowledgeable support. Thank you!
What do you dislike about the product?
I want to be clear that the issue we encountered is not due to any problem with OneSignal's software, but the inherenet complexity in modern applications. I did not have any issues with OneSignal's product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of our client's has requested Push Notifications for an interactive experience based application. We've struggled with partial implementations from similar products, but OneSignal so far has provided us the most complete, least problematic (for end-users) way to achieve this.

What do you like best about the product?
That there is consitant improvements, and that it works really wel;l with my app! I also really enjoy that the product is something which works and really makes a difference.
What do you dislike about the product?
That there is many emaisl which I get from them, it is nothing which is too bad but it is not nice to get spammed by multi emails from the same client. This is what I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
That we need push notifications w hich can be customized based on our product. This is cool I really lkike this feature and is something which I will continuet o use in the future,

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to register devices for remote push notifications, reasonable pricing and a decent sdk. All around a decent experience. Can't say much how it relates to other services however as this is the only one I personally have used.
What do you dislike about the product?
Small issues when setting up the sdk for expo and react native. Mainly on IOS some cocoapods versions made any reference to onesignal or other notifiction services crash the pod installation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OneSignal helps us send push notifications to our users and if needed prompt users with in-app messages.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like in-app notifications, because it allows me to create more personalized messages for users
What do you dislike about the product?
I would only add that there may be a log of the notifications triggered by the api

What do you like best about the product?
The help and support we receive from the team. They are always on hand to help with queries. If they do not know the answer then they always aim to come back with a response and alternative solution quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes some of the functionality is missing. One Signal is generally easy to use and intuitive, but because of this, there are some options that are not fully developed if more complex options are applied.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating notifications and ease of creating newsletter-style notifications quickly and easily. Also having accessible and understandable analytics.

great support provided to resolve an integration issue with Apple

What do you like best about the product?
- Free plan is a great opportunity to test all provided features
- The notification service is easy to integrate, it offers several filters and it works well
- The Voip notification service works well
- Te documentation is clear and exhaustive
- Great support to address and resolve integration issue
What do you dislike about the product?
- It could be easier to debug
- The security should be improved especially for the creation of the player (no Auth is required)
- Scheduling to multiple mediums can be difficult - for instance, we have to do separate notifications for our simple and voip notification in 2 apps
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Although the free plan does not offer dedicated support their engineer are very knowledgeable and willing to help. We faced an integration issue with Voip notification on Apple platform and thanks to Dominick of OneSignal we was able to resolve it. He provided us suggestions and a complete and clear video with all the steps to reproduce in order to correctly configure, send and receive Voip notification: we highly recommend him!
