What do you like best about the product?
It has user-friendly interface and its robust features for cross-channel messaging. The ease of setting up and automating push notifications, in-app messages, and emails has significantly improved our customer engagement. I also value their segmentation and personalization capabilities, which allow us to deliver targeted and relevant messages.

Some small complexity in setting up more advanced automation workflows.

Onesignal is easy to use such as customer journeys and easy to personalise the content for higher CR!.

Implementation is too technical and developer friendly

Helping my clients as CDP platform. Orchestrating complex real time messagings by different channels. Helping the organisations to segment and understand what users do and retarget users by their bheaviours.
simple and easy to use for apps and websites with push notifications
What do you like best about the product?
We have tested One Signal with several projects for apps on iOS, Android, and also websites. The implementations are simple, the connection with the API is also very easy, and this allows people who are not very familiar with the service to implement it quickly and easily. They have a very robust free tier, and the paid tier is quite accessible for most businesses that are scaling. Additionally, it is possible to integrate valuable features such as in-app push notifications, A/B testing, and many other necessary elements.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are elements that could be added to the free tier, metrics like CTR or new user acquisition would be very valuable, which were available before and for some time now have been left only for premium users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
they have had a constant evolution and this has allowed the addition of valuable functions that were not there before, automated workflows are proof of this, furthermore they constantly ask for feedback to improve their support, which is very valuable for users
Simple to implement and reliable to use
What do you like best about the product?
OneSignal is extremely easy to configure on their site, and integration into a Flutter app takes very little time at all.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is genuinely nothing to dislike about OneSignal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I spent AGES trying to get notifications working via Firebase console for Android and Apple. This proved to be a very cumbersome exercise which eventually worked for Android (although not reliably) and I never managed to get it working for Apple. I don't like to be beaten, so I spent over a week persisting and, in the end, I simply could not make it work. When I moved to OneSignal I kicked myself for not moving sooner". When I need notifications on my next app, I will have no hesitation on where to go first!

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and i haven't any problems with it when i use it

No thing everything is perfect really and so easy

Servers problems when i upload my project i usually have delays with push notifications but with OneSignal everything is perfect
I love the speed of onesignal notifications and its super user friendly

As i mentioned, i read alot about onesignal before using it. the speed of users getting the notification is very good and the interface is easy to use and intergrate.

It just doesn't have a mobile app, i definitely have checked everywhere, it will be nice if it does. Asides this, it's a 100 for me

It took me one hour to set up the domain, email template, upload the contact list and send it. I never used OneSignal email before so I loved it

Nothing, for me it was pretty smoothly. I highly recommend at least it worked like magic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my case, I have a software with 3000 users, and I would like to reach out asking some questions about the product and how should I improve it. I created the "campaign" and I sent it, so far I received a few hundreds feedbacks.

What do you like best about the product?
The upsides are definitely the promptness of the notifications sent . I have this new product offers, and discounts code i instantly send them notifications and they get to patronize, to be honest it increases sales and upsells.
What do you dislike about the product?
For now there is nothing that i dislike about onesignal. The product is great. I am using the push notifications moving to the email side i am sure they will also be the best there also
