Needs a UI update
What do you like best about the product?
I like journeys and the email builder (drag and drop). Also that it's easy to manage several communication channels on the same platform. Journeys is a little bit more powerful, but the builder is very similar.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes too many steps to create a custom segment. Other platforms have tools to easily tag contacts or create segments instead of uploading CSVs. Reading journey reports takes too many clicks.
The audiences tab is very complicated and as I said before it would be nice to have an update on audience builder.

What do you like best about the product?
Best online Customer service. Being a novice with the push notification platforms in general, One Signal provides extraordinary online support. You can have your questions answered on the same day and it can be set up in no time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Might need some improvement in effectively tracking the data and would have been much more helpful if we could have dashboard customization capabilities. Even though it has some today, I feel it is limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One Signal makes reaching out to customers really easy. The push notification helps us reach users without them missing out on the updates we share thereby increasing the engagement rate overall.

Efortless Push Notifications, Personalization Options, Multi-Platform support, Real Time Analytics and A/B Testing. They support a broad range of the tooling we need.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Learning Curve, while things are mostly kept simple, it cna take some time for new users to explore its full potential. Additional onboarding resources would be helpful in accelerating the learning process.

We use Onesignal mostly to communicate directly with our users via push notifications and in-app messages. We do A/B testing and analize the real time metrics to evaluate the performance of our communications

What do you like best about the product?
Onesignal has helped automate our entire customer messaging process. We had previously used several programs for our process, but now only use one, Onesignal.

The analytics display could be updated. Nothing else.

Onesignal is allowing us to automate our customer messaging process. We were struggling with the open rates of our messages, but we've seen a steady increase since joining.
I had a problem with react native library and they solved me

The library is very good and useful. But the support is better. They solved me an issue with Mac M1.

The problms with Mac M1. Was really dificult to get it working.

The automation for marketing process was a major unlock using OneSignal. The benefits we realised were:

It could be tidious to debug, but I think this is not attached to OneSignal itself

Onesignal is a great solution from installation until usage.

The ease of setting up content in the provided channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main issue we always faced is the number of times onesignal was down. We can count at least once per 2 weeks where we were not able to access the dashboard.

As a OneSignal provider, I help my clients keep their users engaged by sending them push notifications about new content, special offers, and other updates that they are likely to be interested in. This helps to keep them coming back to their app or website.
Excellent tool for user engagement
What do you like best about the product?
Useful features that enhance user engagement such as journeys through multiple channels including Push Notifications, Email,SMS etc. The availability of AB tests and automated features also allow for more data-driven insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unsubscribe counts are not accurate. The count is not live as a push notification would have to be sent twice in order for a user to be counted as unsubscribed.

The most helpful thing is super easy integration. Huge sdk support, well documented API and message templates are upsides of OneSignal

We can only delete subscription but we want to delete devices sometimes.
