What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to understand and set up and most of the features are free.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only weak point is that there is no mobile app to manage notifications remotely

It allows me to send notifications to all my users easily

Superb product offering

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that I can manage the entire marketing and transactional messages of the busioness. Email, push, SMS all in one place is the best thing that ever happened to us as a business. Easy integration and Implementation with support for 3rd party players. It only took a few moment to activate my account by contacting support which is the fastest I have seen in a while.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't noticed a dislike so far. Eveything has been working the way we want it to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think the problem OneSignal is solving is to make Customer Engagements available to everyone. One can follow through customers journey through out their entire life span and engage them with every option available and this is very helpful to us. We don't have to look elsewhere for any solution.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using OneSignal for a few months and I am very satisfied with their service. OneSignal is a reliable and easy-to-use platform for sending push notifications, email, SMS, and in-app messages to my customers. I like how I can segment, personalize, and automate my messages based on various criteria. OneSignal also provides useful analytics and A/B testing features to help me optimize my campaigns. OneSignal is a great tool for customer engagement and retention.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think OneSignal is a bit expensive for the features it offers. I wish they had more flexible pricing plans and discounts for small businesses. I also find their user interface not very user-friendly and intuitive. Sometimes it takes me a long time to set up and test my campaigns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OneSignal is solving the problem of customer engagement and retention in a mobile-centric world. It allows me to communicate with my app users through various channels, such as push notifications, email, SMS, and in-app messages. I can create personalized and automated messages based on user behavior, preferences, and location. I can also measure the effectiveness of my messages and optimize them with A/B testing and analytics. OneSignal is benefiting me by increasing user loyalty, satisfaction, and conversion rates. It is also saving me time and money by providing a simple and powerful platform for all my messaging needs

Impressing tool

What do you like best about the product?
Onesignal is really affordable with free options and the performances are really high. It's really to use for beginners. I started using it a year with no experience and I'm really satisfied
What do you dislike about the product?
They should add more tutorials on how to integrate it using other languages like Kivy
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Onesignal help me track my users engagement and keep them engaged by sending push notifications without any hassle.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use,
Ease of Implementation, great customer support, frequency os use, number of features and ease of integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Considering being more spicific to ceartain business scopes, like telecome for example.

Reaching out to customers in the best cost effective way. It would also incourage more traffic to our digital platform, whic will result on increasing our revinue.

Easy to use and powerful notification tool

What do you like best about the product?
OneSignal saves tons of dev time and allows you to easily have a powerful toolset to retain users with notifications
What do you dislike about the product?
Firebase messaging is completely free and obviously to use OneSignal is does cost a decent bit
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We currently struggling with retaining customer long term and appropriately tracking our notification effectiveness. OneSignal helps us fix both of these problems with a dynamic notification platform.

Great push notification service

What do you like best about the product?
It's really easy to setup and the free plan is great for small business
What do you dislike about the product?
The stastitics/data part could be better
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's not really an issue but thanks to OneSignal we can easily notify our users using push, no matter their device (ios, android, huawei or web). It's much easier than to implement native push support by provider.

I like that they have unlimited push notifications for mobile apps

would love to see more insights in the dashboard, for example android vs ios users,
time where users are most active.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem OneSignal is solving for me is eas of use when it comes to Push Notification spiecccly for mobile apps and generioes freemium plan they have to get you started.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of implementation and use. Their documentation is robust, well written, and very easy to understand, and on top of that they have video tutorials on YouTube.

They also have amazing support! I have only needed help from them once, while trying to use push notifications to update a Live Activity in iOS. I contacted them via their online chat system and got a very quick response. They stayed engaged until I had things working on my end. Brit in particular was super helpful!

I can't recommend them strongly enough.
What do you dislike about the product?
Absolutly nothing. There is no downside to using this service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My iOS app supports Live Activities, and needs to update even if the user has killed the app. This requires push notifications, and OneSignal makes it almost trivial to solve this problem.
