What do you like best about the product?
Its a great tool for managing and sending push notifications, its very easy to set up and to use, the interface is clean and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics could be more detailed and provide a little more insights

What do you like best about the product?
Its simple integration thanks to good documentation and the ease with which push notifications can be created.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've found all the features I was looking for, so nothing yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before OneSignal, I couldn't be sure I'd reached all my users, and that's a major advantage for me.

Professional and Easy to implement

What do you like best about the product?
Using OneSignal as a Push Notification Service was the best decision we made. It is easy to implement with allmost all platforms such as Flutter (iOS and Android). If there was any issue that I was facing during development the customer support was always available and ready to help via the chat. The most thing we liked is that OneSignal provides unlimited API calls for free which is incredible for any size of company. You get the basic things for free and if you need more advanced features like advanced in-app messaging you have the option to upgrade.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not like that when sending notifcation through the api and defining the external user id that i could not see that id inside the delivery tab of the notification.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OneSignal is solving the manual process of setting up push notification with both platforms Android and iOS. You just need to follow the steps in the guide and it works seemlessly.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, wide variety of settings and the best thing, for me, is support for multiple languages. Also integeration with the apps seamless which helps a lot. I use it everyday now.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the best functions is paid, but it's not that annoying. We can do a lot with the free version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increasing user retention is crucial to me and OneSignal has really helped.

What do you like best about the product?
OneSignal provides most functionalities to capture new audience, retain visitors, enable notifications and all this for free, which is very good for small and new app or websites trying to get more and more visitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Yet to find , nothing found untill now that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OneSignal helps retaining visitors by sending notifiocation when we publish any new blog. In this way it helps get organic traffic to my blog website.

What do you like best about the product?
It has been useful to deliver in app messages to our customers regarding promos and new features. It's well documented so the implementation was easy and fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, none. Even when the development team had issues, OneSignal support was quick to answer.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, specially from the marketing team point of view. Technical implementation is simple as well. They have SDKs for every framework you may need. User support, when rarely needed, has always been excelent. It has a very complete suite of features for user reengagement campaigns and templates to get you started.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the technical documentation is outdated, and their off-the-shelve plans can be somewhat limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OneSignal makes sending push notifications as easy as pie for the marketing team, while being easy and quick to implement from the technical side as well.
