What do you like best about the product?

Administration of users is a bit hard to find.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In Canada, Facebook is hiding news so we can reach our customers in another way.

One Signal helps us use notifications to push our blog readers into leads

What do you like best about the product?
OneSignal has an east set up process that integrates with our Wordpress blog, making it no more than a click of a button to send out notifications to contacts who turn on push notifications in their browser. We can also track how many new people enable notifications for our site and how often people are clicking through, making it easy to track performance and to give us another way to engage with blog readers to help drive them to lead status.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the free account features are a bit limited but if you're looking to simply try this tool out on your site, it offers enough for you evaluate the other elements it offers too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We get a pretty significant amount of blog traffic to our site that doesn't always engage with on-page CTAs or enroll directly into our newsletter sign up. Since this is enabled through the user's browser, we're able to take advantage of the notification option to help re-engage readers who may have not converted directly. As part of our strategy this helps us notify existing leads as well as potential leads about new relevant content we're sharing on our blog.

Never had any issue while using this service, even using the free version

I would like to pay for use instead of subscription base model

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, user friendly UI, WordPress plugin & free to use plan.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing for plans other than the free plan could have been cheaper.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us to send push notifications to users on our WordPress site when we add new content.

What do you like best about the product?
Inspect and preview messages on different platforms before sending.
What do you dislike about the product?
In some metrics I miss being able to use more filters. In some screens it lacks searches, which would be interesting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previewing push messages avoids multiple tests on different devices. You can also view sent messages as they were sent.

Cost: For businesses with very high subscriber counts, OneSignal's pricing model can become expensive. It's essential to factor this in when choosing a solution.

Cross-Platform Fragmentation: Engaging users across web, iOS, Android, etc., requires separate development efforts. OneSignal unifies messaging under a single platform.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is very friendly and the setup process is very well documented and easy to follow.

I think the outcome statics are a bit confusing

OneSignal has made very simple the process to send push notifications and keep our users informed.

What do you like best about the product?
-The onboarding to onesignal has been great. We have a global team with a lot of different needs and the team has been incredibly accomidating in ensuring that each region has the tools and skills they need to get up and running.
-The tool is powerful and highly customizable. With the ability to segment and trigger on actions the onesignal tool will allow us to communicate with appropriate users in the right moment
What do you dislike about the product?
-The tool has been initially tricky to learn and requires more custom development than we originally anticipated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With such a large pool of users with vastly different needs OneSignal allows us to segment those users well to match our business units. This segmentation allows the right team to own the communication with the user segments that they serve with the information that makes the most sense for those particular users.
