What do you like best about the product?
Onesignal is best notifications software. It's very easy to use. There are lot's of notification options like mobile push notifications, web push, SMS, email. This is the best feature of onesignal.
What do you dislike about the product?
No, I don't found anything yet to dislike in onesingnal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am blog writer and need to send my update post to my users. By using onesignal, all my updated and new post will received by the users.
OneSignal is Amazing
What do you like best about the product?
OneSignal is my success companion, I started using this service years ago when my apps had less than 1000 installs and I was impressed since the first time. Now, even after my apps got 500K+ users, I'm able to manage everything from one panel and send notifications and customize them at ease! Very recommended service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, nothing. Every issue I faced on OneSignal, I was managed to solve it quickly, hassle free.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Actually a lot, one of the best things and the main one for me is the localization feature, it's adorable. Notifying every single user of my app with his/her native language is a big problem, OneSignal made it possible with few clicks and boom! You have a fully customized and localized notification, in minutes.

What do you like best about the product?
I used to use google/firebase cloud notification. Before OneSignal, notifications were a "high risk" thing - something that took about 3 days to set up and might break here and there, vs different applications, and they would be a total pain to debug. Especially when you consider different behaviors on low battery devices, manufacturers, and so on.
One Signal is just plain reliable for this - notifications went from a "high risk" to "no problem" when planning. The debug and template tools they provide is great too.

What do you dislike about the product?
It feels a bit aged at times. They're able to keep up to date with some of the new OS changes, but it's been the same thing over years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It works well for targeted silent notifications (e.g. telling the app that data has changed) and push notification (telling the user something).

Very convenient to use. Supports various types of notification. Can track user active status and easy to make them into segments.

Found it hard to follow API docs when trying to use segments.

Notification is difficult because it have to support various platform and track them.

Very efficient interface - shows real users numbers and their activity state - very fast sending push notifications to all clients - very nice badge management in IOS apps

a bit lengthy but easy setup for IOS apps

The fact that all are need is in OneSignal's free version baffels me. Also, I love that I can easily customize how my website notification appear to my users.
