Exceeds my expectations
What do you like best about the product?
Their push notification service is the best. Like giving 10,000 free message per month is the biggest reason why I love using it.
I'm using free version but I feel like am using the paid version because of the limitless service. I'm a junior developer and I integrate OneSignal into my app (Android Studio) and it gives me the best satisfaction I need.
Messages are delivered instantly without delays. I don't know why all those features are free but I thank OneSignal team for considering people like us giving me the opportunity to use the service without limit.

What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't seen anything I don't like yet, maybe because of the area I'm using, but for now, I don't think I dislike anything.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Their push notification service helps me keep my customers updated. I love that feature and the return rate of my customers has increased and it can be attributed to the notification.
All in one messaging solution
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of implementing the Push notification across different platforms, with one code snippet, notifications are pushed to both Android and iOS devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
VOIP notification to Android is practically impossible, had to revert to Firebase, while it is possible to do VOIP notification to iOS devices, it was far from easy and more documentation and sample codes would go a long way in helping developers that are looking at implementing VOIP calls in their apps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OneSignal is making cross-platform app development a breeze, because I no longer have to implement notifications for Android devices separately and iOS devices separately, I can achieve push notifications to both at a go.

The interface is intuitive, allowing even those with minimal technical skills to navigate and use the platform effectively.

There can be occasional delays in message delivery, but these are rare and usually resolved quickly.

A quality service at a good price.
What do you like best about the product?
We are very satisfied with the service. Sending messages is almost instantaneous, even for a large number of recipients. Great statistics, overviews, and simple and fast setup/implementation.

I currently have no negative comments about the service :-)

Thanks to the service, we are increasing traffic to our websites in real time and delivering hot news instantly to a large number of people.

The ability to send mass notfications to my users, the ability to specifically target specific users in those notfications as well as the metrics that allow me to see how well the notfications are doing

I would like the premium features to have a free trial because i really love what this platform provides.

The main issue that is being sold is the need to do very easy and mass marketing for my business. OneSignal helps in dealing with this with the mass emailing and push notifications service. It also helps in the sending of notifications from users to user, giving better analytics and performace metrics than using only firebase messaging, as well as greater customization.

What do you like best about the product?
Onesignal helps me be in touch with my online audience. I'm able to sent emails and notifications for free atleast my audience is still less than 10,000.

The is not beginner friendly, new user may some time figure out how to get started.

I do not have to send emails to my audience manually. I'm able send emails and notifications at to more than 1000 users.
onesignal is the best site and app to send notifications in other apps i really like it

sending notifications to the other apps and the best thing in it is that i can save the info of a notification so i can send it in any time quickly / if there is any mistake in my writing is this because arabic is my mother language not english so sorry

nothing is bad in onesignal but maybe i can ask for arabic language, it might help improving onesignal for this language speakers

i don't have a server so onesignal help me send notifications and that benefit me by making my app able to get its users back when i send notifications to them by onesignal
A very simple to use, well documented product !
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact than you can manage a lot of different things from the same place ! Instead of finding a service that provides push notification, one for emails, etc.. on OneSignal everything is regrouped in the same place. The documentation for integrations is well done and it works great !
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm going to be honest, i can't find a single bad thing about OneSignal. The project i've been using it is not released yet so we'll see on the future, but right now i have no issues with it.

I'm implementing OneSignal on my Ionic/Capacitor project for my future mobile app. The documentation is great and it's easy to setup.
The One Service You Need
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it was to get everything set up. From signing up and getting my domain verified to integrating with OneSignal's API, I had no major problems. The support staff are really helpful and answered any questions I had.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't find anything that has been a major problem.

OneSignal solves the problem of sending out notification emails for the web application platform I am currently building.
the best communication for apps
What do you like best about the product?
I tryed several different options but OneSignal is the best by far and has many features for free. The user interface is so refreshing. I love it. I have about 9000 users on the app. It works beautifully without any glitches. Ease of use sets OneSignal apart from the others.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you want to have more features and increase the limits then you have to pay for it, but the limits are very generous. I would absolutely give it a try, and upgrade to a paid plan if you need more.

Sending promotions, news about upcoming lectures, and spreading events were a breeze with OneSignal. It made our life easier.
