The tool is costly and few very nice tools needs to be bought separately, but likely for good reasons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nexthink is actively used to proactively monitor and mitigate incidents. Main source of data used for troubleshooting in high priority incidents and bother gathering and sending user information.
The tool has opened up for tremendous visibility related to the experience of our services, but also ensuring that we can properly solve them. Based on the data gathered, we have opened and closed more than 100 tasks to optimize our environment.

Product is quite good , it provides us with lot of data insights which is very crucial for the ITSD.
What do you like best about the product?
Overall, the data insights which it provides is the best thing about Nexthink. The support is really good as well, they are very proactive with helping the customers with any queries.
What do you dislike about the product?
Remote Actions which are required to address the issues are quite limited and most of them do not work lot of time, same thing with the campaigns as well .To address the RA errors they can discover a new way to collect computer logs remotely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides detailed insights into the devices and shows us where the exact problem is in the device which then SD first line team can focus on. This saves us a lot of time and increase the overall efficiency of the devices as well.

NexThink is an excellent tool for prioritizing IT issues. Focus on topics that make the digital experience better for many users instead of putting much time and effort into a "single" user problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are constantly struggling with implementing nexthink for the 1st level agents. We hope that this is better with the cloud version.

There are a lot of different things that can be done with it. It is hard to grasp everything at first but once you get in there and use it, it becomes far more powerful.
What do you dislike about the product?
takes a long time to get it up and going, building remote actions take a long time and has to be configured in multiple places to make them useful in our environment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
giving us insight on how a computer is functioning and helps identify issues based off of check list of better performing machines. Identifies areas of focus and errors that wouldn't be visible without logging into the machine and troubleshooting to find the issues that are potentially being reported

What do you like best about the product?
Data, data and more data. All of it valuable in the correct context. Remote actions, remediations and targeted messaging, employee sentiment module.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's easy to open the system with a task or outcome in mind and get distracted by the wealth of data you discover en route. Not a fault as such. Stay focused!

With the right investations nexthink is showing us issues we didn't know we had and giving us the ability to resolve problems before they're reported.

Nexthink offered us a great amount of IT analytics capabilities which helped our organization to enhance the end-user experiences and to learn about the most common problems user face and how to resolve them timely.

I would say they lack some features in the customization, Nexthink may need to offer customization features to tailor the product to meet specific customer needs.

With the help of nexthink we manage infrastructure more effectively by providing real-time visibility into end-user experience across different devices and platforms.

Nexthink is best platform for Data collection
What do you like best about the product?
Nexthink is used for rich data collection for events like high resource consumption, application crashes, network responses. Its best thing is its incorporated with PowerShell. PowerShell script can be run manually or automated to store data in database. Nexthink has cool dashboard with soft and hard metrics. It also provides very smooth experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Remote action code constraints can be challenge when heavy scripting required. Also customizations with pop up can be limited. On prem finder is somewhat slow which actually got resolved in new version. Some useful feature inly available to cloud customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Nexthink to increase digital experience. Nexthink uses Nexthink collector agent to help collect data, platform helps us with storage and it also uses data to resolve issues at scale. We use it as end user monitoring software. There intelligent auto heal on sessions is awesome feature to use. We track common problems and resolve it. We also use DDEx dashboard and engage in campaig in campaigns.
