What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of my usecases Nexthink helped me to know exactly the hardware resources in one click to know if any resources decreased suddenly by some engineers in the sight

What do you like best about the product?
I think the most appealing feature that companies need Nexthink for is the fact that Nexthink helps the technical support team to troubleshoot problems much faster depending less on the support team and more on the platform to predict problems beforehand and alert or even take action before it accelerates and turns into an issue ,so increasing productivity hence the number of employees waiting for their issues to be solved will be close to none and the support team can handle the process easily no extra load on their shoulders so the performance will noticeably increase ,adding other metrics such as security to the equation ,watching all coming and outgoing connections and data making sure that there's no fishy connectivity going out or in to your company , and also comparing your total score as a company under categories of performance with other companies worldwide will enhance your view of how your company really doing in the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
as a technical working with Nexthink till now I didn't really find any thing unlikable in Nexthink ,maybe adding more programming languages options like python or c to act module ,maybe that can add more value to the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
problems being solved with Nexthink are always related to performance so I am always using Nexthink to solve a problem like migration to win 10 or making less head on the technical support team by automating the process depending more on the platform .
the benefits are increasing performance and productivity ,knowing how your company really doing in comparison with other companies in the market , and easy collection of your employees opinions using the engage module to calculate the satisfaction score of your employees regarding for example the technical support service or how they think of the migration to win 10 and many more use cases

Libraries are a great help, but are not sufficiently structured. It is difficult to track them properly.
Their downloading is blocked in relation to the available licenses (engage) while we can't use them anyway, but other points would be very useful.

The amount of data available when deployed in your environment. Once installed, you will find the metrics that fit your needs, whatever your need is.

Very intuitive to use in establishing digital adoption for the LMS system at Edwards Lifesciences
What do you like best about the product?
Data analytics that AppLearn provides helps us monitor how many users have logged into the system and how long users spend time on page in the system. The split screens are useful in housing our Quick Reference Guides to help with our LMS admins in performing certain tasks. Smart page are useful in bringing awareness to all users on new features that were added into the LMS system.
What do you dislike about the product?
A suggestion for AppLearn to help with end user is the ability to search on how to do something by the end user typing a question and displaying a list of split screens or trials that are clickable in which will take them directly anywhere in the system.
In addition, would like to see data on how many times a QRG has been downloaded from the split screen.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LMS admins are dependent in using the split screen to help perform their daily task. They can now troubleshoot issues to end users quickly and have more time on working on other tasks.
