- Doesn't catch a computer reboot when "fast boot" option in enabled on Windows10
- For an unknown reason, in our environment sometime the users listed in the timeline doesn't reflexes the reality. This leads to a lack of confidence in the product.

Deployment is not as easy as expected.

As stated in the review title, it's a great tool but you need to have a team in place to manage it properly.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, for both Admins and end-user. And powerful analytics tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some bulk management in the admin side would be an improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Help end-users with different tasks in our Cornerstone system. Especially helpful with more complex tasks, like performance review.

What do you like best about the product?
Having control over our content is important. New functionality is added regularly, so this let's us adjust editing and publishing of support materials as we need.
What do you dislike about the product?
You could remove the requirement to re-publish when a document is being replaced. That's the only thing I can think of that seems unnecessary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
New systems, especially where online services have previously been done off-line is always difficult for people as the change affects them at different times. The fact that the in-system help is always there whenever people access the system is a huge benefit. It has definitely allowed us to cut down on repetitive training events.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely a great way of keeping training and assistance materials where you need them. The additional website 'library' of our materials, which is access out-of-system, has been enormously useful in promoting the in-system content to staff.

Nexthink is very easy to use. I always get an immediate reponse.

I didn’t like that I wasn’t able to get a free trial.

Being able to solve my IT problems on my own.

I like that it is all online and I do not have to wait for someone to come help fix my problems. I always have an immediate response!

I think that a free trial would have been nice.

What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard that allows people to manage IT Visability in a sophisticated and detail-oriented way. This allows an IT Admin to showcase the product in a detailed way.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of anything bad about this product.

I am able to showcase and manage IT Visibilty very easily and this way, the apps dashboard looks very detail-oriented.

Nexthink takes IT support to the next level by providing an in-depth look at a system, providing valuable information to support analysts

Accessing the portal can be slow and unfriendly interface

Diagnosing IT problems quickly and being proactive in support. Using Nexthink we have been able to increase our first call resolution by providing faster, more accurate support

incident connector cannot pull up Mac os systems
