Nexthink is really wonderful tool for Automation, easy to use, easy to configure DEX, Support team available for support. Immediate support, documenation and certfication is up to date.
What do you dislike about the product?
No Handson Labs for practice like Complicated NQL Query and Integrations
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nexthink is solving day to day IT issues by remediating using powershell scripts. Immediate attention grabing campaigns. new features like nexthink Assist and workflows are promising features for future.

What do you like best about the product?
Nexthink’s interface is intuitive and user-friendly. The real-time visibility and insights Nexthink offers make it easy to spot issues and trends. It's ability in tracking device performance, application health, and user experience in real-time. We use Nexthink to do periodic reviews and reports to assess device health and application performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nexthink’s initial setup and deployment is not as good as it can be. We face some occasional failures during setup

We get visibility into the end user experience. We receive real-time insights into performance, user issues, and experiences. We are not just reactive anymore. Nexthink’s proactive monitoring and AI-driven insights allows our team to identify potential issues before they affect users. It helps us quickly identify and resolve incidents, reducing the time spent on dealing with issues.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes its difficult to install it in a machine.Thhe setup and develpoyment is complex. The cost is little bit higher.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nexthink gives me visibility into user experience, allowing me to gain real-time insights into how users interact with their devices and applications. This helps me enhance the overall user experience. As a user of Nexthink, I appreciate how it monitors the performance of applications and devices,This helps me to find if any problems or errors even before the user knows them I am able to solve it.

What do you like best about the product?
Monitoring all applications on a system becomes effortless and it proves invaluable in predicting potential faults in the future. This tool also enables an in-depth analysis of employee productivity, offering unparalleled insights. Furthermore, the tool allows effortless integration of flows, campaigns, and actions, thanks to its REST API support. Implementing the solution is much easier the only thing requires is Nexthink collectors once it is done then there you go.
What do you dislike about the product?
While there isn’t much to criticize, I find that NQL can be a bit challenging to learn initially, especially for those without prior scripting experience. However, once you gain familiarity with scripting, it becomes an excellent tool to work with. Given its extensive features and options, mastering the tool does require some time and effort.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Earlier, we encountered latency or connectivity issues that severely affected employee productivity and required good amount of time to diagnose and resolve. However, with the implementation of this solution, we can now quickly identify the root cause of the issues and resolve them efficiently. Additionally, the workflows and collectors enable us to predict and prevent potential problems, ensuring we stay on track with our productivity without losing valuable time. Keeping track of the applications is useful to keep the apps upto date.
Usefull DEX tool in terms of features
What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity of installation procedure. We can install nexthink agent just like that by few clicks. As we are working on Customer support, we can easily foundout the issue with the Asset by look after logs. And also we have integrated with servicenow also for faster resolution of incidents related to assets. Also i like the feature of remote actions and campaigns. Overall a good tool for enterprise asset management.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no proper resources to learn the nexthink. Getting better in this area will significantly usefull for more users, So providing good self learning resources is much needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are working in Digitial workplace practice, understanding the issues with the assets and solving them is the most time taking task. So, we are using nexthink for collecting all the logs and metrics, whenever we found any issue with the any asset we simply run a remote action to solve the issue before the user reports it (Proactive resolution). Also we have integrated this with servicenow to quickly see and fix the issue from agent workspace itself.

While remarkable in many ways, I dislike its rule-based assignment and the trouble of marking, tagging and, categorizing.

Nexthink evolves a department beyond just reactive support and typical ticketing; it targets the user sentiment, it maximizes device productivity, automates solutions for alerts based on your metrics of choice, and it displays all these results on clear dashboards that keep management engaged in more introspective actions. The tool has proven more and more its distinguished support in the market, the sky is the limit with this tool.

What do you like best about the product?
All the primary features of Nexthink, around the DEUM. The tool fully meets this need.

Not much. Except perhaps the fact that each product requires a separate license: certainly, this allows for cost optimization but it can also be frustrating to see options ultimately unavailable with the acquired licenses.

Nexthink does not directly solve problems but helps us daily to identify and better anticipate them.
