We Discovered unknown Apps thanks to Zygon
What do you like best about the product?
We were using spreadsheets and other tools to do App Management and inventory, Zygon allows us to centralize everything in one place. The product was very easy to set up and configure, we were immediately able to get an overview of our app reach. The team accompanied us further to help make sense of unknown user behaviours and prioritize corrective actions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hope to see new integrations in the near future, including with password managers that often double as SSOs (ex: LastPass) and less known office collaboration suites (ex: Infomaniak)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
App Management was a very hard and long process due to manual check and maintaining inventory on several systems. Also Zygon covers Shadow IT which is really helpful for us.
Fast SaaS App Inventory
What do you like best about the product?
We have a clear list of accounts created by our collaborators, we can fillter and prioritize our security efforts
What do you dislike about the product?
It would great if it has More automation capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to have an inventory of data processors and SaaS vendors fot SOC Compliance, in addition it reduced the workload for our IT and Security Team

What do you like best about the product?
We were able to detect every SaaS (an even other tools) use by our collaborators in just a few clicks. Now we can launch our security campaigns

I'd love to see more automations capabilities in the near future

The automation provided by Zygon not only saves time but also provides relief in combating SaaS sprawl, allowing
IT teams to focus on core tasks without being overwhelmed by administrative tasks.

What do you dislike about the product?
While Zygon is very good in automating SaaS application control, its current incomplete integration with Microsoft 365 is a bit of a downside. However, this integration is in progress and will soon be available according to the Zygon team.

Zygon simplifies SaaS applications management, enhances security and enables IT teams to prioritize strategic goals over administrative duties.

Most of the app detected are automatically categorized

What do you like best about the product?
The integration with our google workspace was super easy, we deployed the solution on all accounts in few minutes.

I would love to have more workflow features

The team was super quick to adress our questions and needs.

Amazing experience with Zygon
What do you like best about the product?
We have been using Zygon for a while, especially to manage the onboarding and the offboarding of our collaborators. They now give us the ability to process it in a few clicks while it was taking us hours before

We look forward to having more features, especially regarding control of access and audit

Zygon lists all our Cloud Applications and and helps us managing account activation and deactivation
Simple, easy and fast to install
What do you like best about the product?
I was able to see all the apps that my organization is using with just a few clicks, and I could easily identify where I could upgrade apps to SSO to enhance our security. It really saved us weeks of work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I dislike, I'm looking forward to the next features.

Zygon is conducting our SaaS inventory, which helps us comply with SOC and ISO standards while ensuring that all necessary security policies are in place.
