Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

What do you like best about the product?
Zygon supports us in carrying out our regular access reviews. Indeed, the tool has features such as identifying users connected to third-party applications. This allows us to review the list with application managers.
What do you dislike about the product?
No special or blocking points. But there's still room for improvement (for any tools, no matter what's the tool is) but the team are really supportive, reactive and makes the difference.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a fintech in the banking sector, numerous regulations and controls are required, such as regular access reviews.
Zygon assists us to make these reviews easier and less time-consuming.

What do you like best about the product?
After a 15 min onboarding, we started to see the first results of cloud apps used within our global organization. We found stuff that we were not aware of and could define concrete actions shrt and mid term to tackle. The potential to get shadow IT and cloud identities under control is obvious!
What do you dislike about the product?
Given the size of our organization, it requires a dedicated project team to run the capability and extract the most value of the tool ona continuous basis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our challenge is twofold: keeping cloud subscription costs under control and stopping the sprawl of cloud identities to reduce security risks.

What do you like best about the product?
The SaaS automatic detection is so powerful. We got our Google workspace connected and then got all apps and accounts 2 hours later! It is very impressive!
What do you dislike about the product?
Zygon is a good tool and we don't have anything negative to say about it

We have to maintain our app inventory, review user access, activate/deactivate our collaborators' accounts for our ISO20071 certification and Zygon is the right tool!

What do you like best about the product?
With Google workspace as an identity provider, Zygon is the perfect complement to make sure that we keep the identity lifecycle of our employees under control!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about Zygon. Even their bot to deprovision accounts is very simple.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Zygon, we automate our access management to our SaaS apps (we are a cloud native organization) without any hassle.

Zygon is simple and easy to use to get a clear understanding of accounts that need to be deprovisioned during the employee offboarding process. Their access bot is also very promising

Our challenge has been to assign a resource to this tool. If they could automate even more, that would be perfect
