Great tool to address regular access review
What do you like best about the product?
Zygon supports us in carrying out our regular access reviews. Indeed, the tool has features such as identifying users connected to third-party applications. This allows us to review the list with application managers.
What do you dislike about the product?
No special or blocking points. But there's still room for improvement (for any tools, no matter what's the tool is) but the team are really supportive, reactive and makes the difference.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a fintech in the banking sector, numerous regulations and controls are required, such as regular access reviews.
Zygon assists us to make these reviews easier and less time-consuming.

Powerful detection of unmanaged and shadow cloud identities
What do you like best about the product?
After a 15 min onboarding, we started to see the first results of cloud apps used within our global organization. We found stuff that we were not aware of and could define concrete actions shrt and mid term to tackle. The potential to get shadow IT and cloud identities under control is obvious!
What do you dislike about the product?
Given the size of our organization, it requires a dedicated project team to run the capability and extract the most value of the tool ona continuous basis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our challenge is twofold: keeping cloud subscription costs under control and stopping the sprawl of cloud identities to reduce security risks.
Amazing tool
What do you like best about the product?
The SaaS automatic detection is so powerful. We got our Google workspace connected and then got all apps and accounts 2 hours later! It is very impressive!
What do you dislike about the product?
Zygon is a good tool and we don't have anything negative to say about it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have to maintain our app inventory, review user access, activate/deactivate our collaborators' accounts for our ISO20071 certification and Zygon is the right tool!
Access management for Dummies!
What do you like best about the product?
With Google workspace as an identity provider, Zygon is the perfect complement to make sure that we keep the identity lifecycle of our employees under control!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about Zygon. Even their bot to deprovision accounts is very simple.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Zygon, we automate our access management to our SaaS apps (we are a cloud native organization) without any hassle.
Zygon is a wonderful product with white gloves support!
What do you like best about the product?
Zygon is simple and easy to use to get a clear understanding of accounts that need to be deprovisioned during the employee offboarding process. Their access bot is also very promising
What do you dislike about the product?
Our challenge has been to assign a resource to this tool. If they could automate even more, that would be perfect
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Access reviews for our ISO 27001 compliance can be time consuming and painful. Zygon simplifies this process and helps us to be faster and to cover more tools.
I love Zygon!!
What do you like best about the product?
Zygon gives a recap of all permissions granted through OAuth tokens. In one click, I can revoke them if there is a risk of giving too much access to a third party App. In parallel, I can notify the business users in one click about the revoke of their permissions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would need a deeper integration with MS Teams to simplify notifications
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to monitor the permissions granted to other Apps that could give too many rights (especially Write rights) over our drive and our emailing system

What do you like best about the product?
Zygon is incredibly easy to install and integrates seamlessly with our Google Workplace. With just a few clicks, we gained visibility into every app our collaborators were using, identified who was connected with Single Sign-On (SSO), and who was not.
Compared to other solutions, Zygon makes SaaS security findings really actionable: you don't only discover shadow IT, but you can immediately improve the security posture.

Nothing, the app is perfectly tailored to our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a cloud-native organization, it's essential to swiftly monitor applications used by our users to prevent security breaches. Moreover, compliance with SOC and ISO regulations is paramount, and Zygon enables us to upgrade our security policies effectively.
White gloves Support!
What do you like best about the product?
Zygon's white gloves support exceeded my expectations by delivering prompt, expert assistance precisely when I needed it. Their personalized approach has been really helpful! Moreover, they're very proactive in proposing several short meetings to enhance update and features, explain how it works and how it can help organization to deliver a more efficient security.
What do you dislike about the product?
More integration with Microsoft Teams and O365 environments would make collaboration easier and more efficient!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Access Review is easier and logged, arrival and departure processes are way more efficient and faster.

What do you like best about the product?
Zygon makes managing my SaaS apps a breeze, saving me tons of time and giving me way better control over what my users are up to. It's like having an extra pair of hands to keep everything running smoothly !

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been struggling to manually manage our SaaS Apps impacting our ability to offboard employees or control permissions!
1 hour to manage all my SaaS!
What do you like best about the product?
In less than 1 hour, Zygon was up and running, listing all SaaS used in my organization with the OAuth permissions granted by Google Workspace and information about chargeable licenses.
What do you dislike about the product?
it is so easy to use and so intuitive that there is nothing I dislike!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I wanted to fixx 2 issues: having a sense of the OAuth permissions that I have granted over time and get my subscriptions under control.
