What do you like best about the product?
I love having complete control of our devices. I can set up any teaching environment in an instance. I use blueprints and it makes yearly tasks run smoothly.

The price!!!

Device management. Asset management. Truly it takes care of our staff and students in everyway.managing student devices in multiple locations

I dislike how general the permissions for end are. They could be more specific/granular

The support teams are absolutely incredible. The product is easy to use but if you ever get stuck, they are there to help

User segmentation
Incredible tool with a learning curve, but a ton of possibilities.
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility of use. We're able to deploy all kinds of configurations and policies to fit what our CEO and users need and want out of their machines. It has more options than competitors and offers a ton to IT.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has a steep learning curve and while the flexibility is great, I feel like it could make things more streamlined given Jamf's relationship with Apple. Jamf Catalogue is a huge step in the right direction!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our CEO and executives are always recommending ways they want our deployment to be handled, and Jamf is able to deliver what we need when we need it. There's seemingly limitless possibilities.
