Best Apple MDM ever
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to get in and get going. Managing our environment was incredibly simple. JAMF is incredibly robust MDM solution that offers many great features right out of the box.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I have hit has been with app licensing. If something is made available to a set of devices that exceeds the licensing count a license will be allocated to a device, even if the app is never downloaded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JAMF has helped us empower our users with the addition of Self Service. We can now offer a number of resources in a very easy to digest fashion (add printers, custom configurations, web resources, software).

Better than MaaS360!
What do you like best about the product?
JAMF has made CYOD a breeze for our organization! We migrated from MaaS360, which was convoluted and unreliable. JAMF has fulfilled our needs!
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly haven't hit any snags! Such a better experience than our previous MDM that it's hard to fault!

What do you like best about the product?
The flow and accessibility of gathering all Mac data in the org in one spot. It is really easy to use and there are many helpful tips along the way
What do you dislike about the product?
Not too much to dislike about Jamf Pro, everything works as expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gathering all details we need from the Macs to make decisions on how we need to patch each Mac or application and how we can be restricting with certain apple functionality

Great product. Very easy to use, user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at the moment. Everything works well I have no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us manage ipads. Most of all helps us decom them when users leave. Before we were just stuck with activation locks
One tool for Apple Devices
What do you like best about the product?
Jamf has everything needed to support/manage Apple products.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. We would appreciate more self learning materials.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JAMF pro helps with Apple device management. And also have a large community to share problems and solutions.

Jamf community, large user group, easy to learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support via email and ticketing is not as good as before when jamf was a smaller company.

Encryption, deployment and patching.

Great support, stays current on apple changes, and easy to use

There are some bugs without great workarounds

Bring the macs!
What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity of usability and ease of UI. Very logical and straightforward way to deploy to devices! I love having complete control all in one place!
What do you dislike about the product?
While the reporting is very good. I would love to see a bigger library of reporting capabilities. Not really an issue as we can solve with extended attributes, more just and inconvenience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coming from an mdm that was fairly tough to manage, Jamf is a very simply solution that provides a lot of power for administrators.

I am a large advocate of automation, Jamf gives me the ability to automate workflows

Software update control could be more flushes out, I know this is being worked on

Jamf pro changed everything for me
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to manage our Mac fleet easily completely hands off. Since the pandemic all employees are remote and this was an amazing thing. Not to mention all the other tools available to us
What do you dislike about the product?
Some things that t be mitigated by 11, such as site being an item that can be used in inventory display. Also be able to pull reports day on applications available / used.

Two words zero touch deploy. That is everything in a nut shell
