Love Jamf pro app and policy deployment
What do you like best about the product?
There are a lot of things , but having the ability to create smart groups and assigned policies accordingly it's great

Something's main dashboard seems a little bit plain

The most comprehensive management solution for Apple products. Really like how device and mobile management is consistent and contains granular control of features and functions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Software update experience can be better. But Jamf Pro 11 looks like it addresses some of these issues

Automation is Key
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Jamf is Smart Groups. Being able to scope policies and configurations based on changing criteria values is key.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lately there seems to be a smaller time- out value and get knocked off while working in a different window.

Manageability, control, self service and especially identity management are crucial in managing Apple devices in an enterprise environment.

Extension attributes! They're amazing, the ability to inject whatever data I want into the database is great

What do you like best about the product?
Jamf Pro has been a great tool to learn as a fresh IT Support Specialist for my organization. Compared to other tools for device management for other operating systems, Jamf's interface has been easy to learn which gives me the confidence to seek a resolution to new technical issues with our Mac users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lately the server has been having issues and impacting performance, but that was temporary. Otherwise I can't think of anything I dislike at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recently Jamf Pro helped me deploy a special typeface designed to improve readability to dyslexic readers. I managed to deploy it as a system font and a Chrome extension across university campus to macOS devices.

I don't have any complaints about using jamf pro.

It is great for managing macs that are not locally available.
