Best MDM solution available for any enterprise
What do you like best about the product?
The minimalist interaction between the endpoint and users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jamf customer service not being able to provide insight on problematic enterprise level issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Greatly increased effectiveness of user productivity and zero touch interaction.

Second to none in terms of a solid MDM solution.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to control the installation or device deployment and truly customize the experience
What do you dislike about the product?
Can’t stop the process of the user skips WiFi
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to install packages and programs at installation without having to ask them to do so afterwards
Powerful Mac management tool, admin focused.
What do you like best about the product?
Jamf pro has features and a tool set that are incredibly user/admin friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides of jamf pro, are the increasing prices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are managing 1100 macs, while providing tier 0 and attempting to provide predictive solutions.
Jamf is just easy!
What do you like best about the product?
We absolutely love jamf and are using it 100% in our org.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would only love to see a new partnership with Apple and jamf to allow devices that belong to DEP, somehow require a network connection to start up to avoid people skipping wifi and then of course not enrolling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All sorts of things. Auto updates is probably our favorite. Set it and forget it.

Not dealing with many of the normal issues windows has (drivers)

App support could be lacking for major companies

Encryption and policy management which helps us keep track of all our Macs.

The ease of use and flexibility, has made managing Mac and devices easier

Right now we are in a UNC system wide instance of jamf pro, and can be very slow at times

It proves us with inventory, centralized management of all or Apple devices. MacOS, iPad OS, iOS.

Being able to manage thousands of devices on one easy to use platform.

It is quite expensive for a school district based off tax dollars.

It is helpings us provide equal technological And educational opportunities to students from many different demographics that they might not have the same opportunity at home.
