What do you like best about the product?

Ensuring our Mac endpoints are secured and encrypted. The OS and major applications are regularly updated and patched. We are able to easily setup and remotely manage our end user machines as well as push out new software and restrict other software as needed.

Jamf Pro is in fact the gold standard for Mac management. They have great customer support, but have also managed to create a huge customer knowledge base and support team (Jamf Nation). Worth the spend.
