You've heard it before, but I'll say it again.
What do you like best about the product?
Jamf is a GREAT partner, the people (the Jamfs) are the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
rapid expansion sometimes slows support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote support/deployment. Management, fleet maintenance, reporting.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Phone, chat, text, email, your support people. The "tier 1" folks are good, and route you quickly if you tell them what the problem is.
Jamf continuously deliver a great products and service
What do you like best about the product?
Jamf pro continues to be the gold standard in mac management, the features are powerful and flexible, The API makes the tool endlessly useful and can be used as a platform for things over and above mac management. The support team are friendly and knowledgeable and out acocunt team is always on hand should we need them.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything to dislike, a few features would be nice but thats to be expected from any product. Jamf is what you make it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team manage a large fleet of macs and this has been key in our end to end asset lifecycle management, we have built other tools on top of and around jamf to allow our users and support teams to benefit form jamf, give us right data and insights in to behaviors of user and devices.
Jamf changed our lives in IT!
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to create groups, smart and static to scope policies and apps to. Granularity that we didn't have before
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I dislike is that there isn't enough granularity over the config profiles; often changing one setting changes several others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We no longer have to image machines individually, but can create enrollment profiles. The time saving is immense.
Happiness is a well managed Apple environment
What do you like best about the product?
PreStage Enrollments along with Azure and Intune Integration. We use Azure Active Directory, Multi Factor Authentication, Intune and Autopilot. The Jamf/Azure integration and SSO allows us not only to keep all our inventory on a single pane of glass, but it also enables us with the ability to enforce first-time login password changes which is a big boost in security and user experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inventory and patch reporting could be better. I personally find data mining to be a bit arduous.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zero-touch deployment is a big demand for end users as well as IT admins. Being able to provide a superior user enrollment experience while providing configuration profiles and applications is big plus for me.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider that Apple management is all that Jamf does. This provides a superior focus and greater insight to the future of Apple, and the an advantage when it comes to fulfilling the demands of Apple users.
Best MDM for Apple
What do you like best about the product?
I like the UI and how simple it is to setup
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost can sometimes be a bit much for jumping into a MDM
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patching, OS upgrades, app installs, zero touch
MDM that pleases both user/admin in how fast and easy it is to use.
What do you like best about the product?
The quickness devices take to push out restrictions/apps is great. Not only is it consistent but also the quickest MDM that I have worked with. The enrolment has also become so much easier with out of the box devices ready to go.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside to Jamf is not being able to import CSV formats to add as filters when you have to sort hundreds of devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease that apps are pushed out and also the up to date information of the devices. The time issue where now enrolling devices out of the box takes up less time and resources to do this.

Best MDM out there, trend setter in all fields using Apple device Management
Jamf is leading the way in MDM
What do you like best about the product?
Jamf Pro is always ready when new macOS and iOS updates come out. Their support is quick to respond to urgent issues and they are always friendly and professional. The community is the best part of Jamf though, Jamf Nation is always active and there are many very experienced admin always willing to help out and contribute.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support can sometimes be slow to assist if you go the email support route, but any time I've requested a meeting or on the phone support, Jamf has been able to oblige me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to fully automate our Mac deployment and easily monitor patch management and apply updates and configuration changes easily.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Learning how to use Bash/Zsh scripting will open a lot more functionality with your Jamf Pro server. Also, taking the Jamf training classes is very important to a successful administration.

All items options in a same place. It is quite simple for all stuffs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Everything is all right. Simple, fullness.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can now manage all my device in a same place, wherever I am.
Jamf= SCCM+AD for Macs!
What do you like best about the product?
jamf is a 1 stop shop for all of your mac needs. After working with PC's for over 20 years, Mac combines all aspects in to one location
What do you dislike about the product?
support is sometimes slow, and it seems like the triage desk needs more training
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
all problems can be resolved with Jamf. The benefits are never ending, even now more so with Jamf Protect
A Must Have "Intersection" Tool for any Company looking for a Powerful, Simple and Quick Process
What do you like best about the product?
The ever changing demands of our company's enviroment and how the JAMF's Support Team responds to our dalily needs with quick respones and a dedicated team to resolve issues on the fly.
What do you dislike about the product?
When 3rd Party companies do not play nice with JAMF and that JNUC is only once a year
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making a user interaction free enviroment for our users. This makes it easy for us to push new updates and keep our machines up to date.

Its easy to lean and JAMF has training videos to start your foundation for JAMF.
