What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, able to start using very quickly.

Jamf Cloud - This has significantly reduced the work necessary as a jamf admin, now all we worry about is managing macs, not the server too!

What do you dislike about the product?
Patch management and reporting dashboards are lackluster, but there are 3rd party options free and paid that will assist with this downfall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
macOS/iOS management at scale, whether it's 10 or 10,000 devices, the amount of work is the same.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be prepared to have a full time jamf admin if you're considering Jamf Pro.

Easy to learn, yet extremely powerful
What do you like best about the product?
Jamf Pro has a gradual learning curve and tons of online videos, in addition to instructor-led courses. The community is also very active in their discussion forums.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jamf could offer instructor-led courses (what they call Jamf 200-400 certified courses) more often for specific locations (that's BC - Canada in our case).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jamf Pro allows us to manage remote devices (macOS, iOS, and iPadOS) by leveraging Apple's MDM platform. This allows us to effectively deploy software and enforce security policies.

The Zero Touch Deployment is a little tricky.

The best MDM solution for Apple devices
What do you like best about the product?
Overall the integration within the Apple MDM and the zero day support. It´s amazing how fast JAMF can release high quality new features. Also the support team is amazing. Whenever I have a problem / request they help me fast and competent. Our security team loves to have an overview about software titles, updates and overall security features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some major features like version control for Scripts are still missing. In 2020 this is a must have and I do not like to use 3rd party solutions for this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have around 250 macOS Devices in our company and nobody managed them. With Jamf Pro it´s now really easy to enable Filevault, trigger policies and get everyone on the same level. Also offering the SelfService Store is a great solution. Our employees love to download their stuff from one app.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm somewhat new to Jamf and found it very easy to catch on how the platform works. It's user friendly and is a powerful tool to manage the Apple devices in our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found any cons with using Jamf Pro yet!

Being able to effectively manage MacBooks in our organization.

What do you like best about the product?
There are a few things I like: I like how easy Jamf Pro makes managing our mac environment, I love their support!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really dislike anything major. Don't care for the restrictions payload. Makes it difficult to separate what we want to control.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to manage and keep track of our corporate macOS devices, deploy software, deploy OS updates. The benefits are how little time and effort is needed to accomplish this.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is well worth the cost and makes administering macs easy.

Support has been wonderful about helping us diagnose any issues we have and get us a quick workaround or solution and have us back up and running very quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Price tag is pretty high, especially in the K12 edu space.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a stable reliable MDM and support team has been a must after we went 1:1. We originally started out with Apple Server/Profile Manager and after repeat issues with it, we swapped to Jamf Pro and haven't looked back.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of management with the Management Commands.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the pushing out applications to iPads are delayed and occasionally require a device restart. The ability to search multiple devices under the search at one time should be an option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to manage applications that students are able to use is most beneficial.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the overall design and layout of the website. It's very clean and polished. I'm also very impressed by the multitude of features available on the website. I really like the ease of navigation that the site provides, and the notifications area p
What do you dislike about the product?
This is more a personal issue, but I'd really like the ability to dismiss certain notifications that I don't feel are relevent and I currently don't have the ability to do that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, we are using Jamf Pro to manage iPads for our school district. I don't think iPads were designed for enterprise applications, but using Jamf Pro makes it incredibly more managable. The ability to push out apps to select groups of devices is extremely useful.
