The best analytical flow I've ever used

What do you like best about the product?
I love this system as it has a lot of user engagement data, it has a very good user interface, it is easy to use and allows users to make graphs and tables quickly, it has a built-in messaging function that works very well. It is also excellent for tracking any type of event on your website, it also offers a flow chart so you can check user activities, it has an incredible ability to send messages and emails without limitation, it also keeps all data well protected.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am very satisfied with this tool, I have no complaints about the product, I have an excellent experience with Mixpanel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to manage the diversity of activities and data easily, they also help to make decisions based on the analysis, it is ideal for the company to analyze a large amount of information, it also allows us to make in-depth inquiries quickly, it also provides mobile surveys and Automatic monitoring that are very helpful, it is a useful analysis tool for monitoring.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Very easy to use, with just a few minutes you will be able to start using this great tool without any problem, I recommend that you use Mixpanel.

What do you like best about the product?
Mixpanel is robust mentioning that it offers many tools for reporting so that you can view the data in different ways and create different documents thanks to this software, I love this system as it has a large ton of user participation data and that its complete history can be seen with the mobile application since it is determinedly useful in many relevant aspects, underlining that they are very easy to configure and are well structured.
What do you dislike about the product?
In terms of payment a lower budget than you are currently in would be an incredible upgrade, just as it would be great to have additional functions according to user tracking in a default system, including that their support service is weak, in other conditions the massive different properties can be disastrous and makes it difficult to know if you are using the correct attributes to get a report to run.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Mixpanel for different favorable aspects which it offers us, one of our uses with this software is to understand our user metrics, this system stores and displays customer participation and event data, which allows us to visualize the effectiveness of this service on our platform, and otherwise it is used to generate trends of our most daily information already stored, also to track the behavior of loyal and powerful buyers of the company in general.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Mixpanel is perfect for analytical reports, where the data of events and users of a platform are important for analysis management companies, in economic matters, looking for a reliable but free service, this software could be your best solution, Since they cover a large number of fields of analytical category, mentioning that it is also ideal for companies that work with the saas network, this is available for both large and small organizations, being highly recommended since multiple users use this system.

What do you like best about the product?
Lots of customization options, covers the main analysis use cases, flexible querying, extremely fast support team with very in-depth answers
What do you dislike about the product?
Fairly challenging to learn how to use as a new customer (hands-on tutorial would've been nice)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improving user retention, recruiting users for user research are the main, large problems we were able to solve so far

Analytics and visualizations are the best. Customizing all the visualization based on your needs and creating custom dashboard is so powerful if you are a growth marketeer.

Messaging are not very powerful in terms of options

What do you like best about the product?
Mixpanel is simple to use, the UI is very easy. The data presentation is very impressive, easy break down and filters application.

Mixpanel allows to track events, journeys, funnels, flows, create cohorts, and lot more advanced tools.

Best thing about this platform is that you can same data for as long time period you want, which can be used in future for advanced analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently this might be one of the most advanced tool for analytics, if this gets mixed with communication as well it will be a perfect CRM tool. Currently, they have integrations for notifications, emails, etc. But the tool itself isn't very advanced in Notifications, emailers etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mixpanel helps us to understand every event that user is doing on the app. We keep the track of each and every activity done by a user on our app.

It helps us in Usage, Engagement, Acquisition analysis. This also helps us in understanding user journey on the app, flows, funnels, etc helps us what people are doing and what they are interested to do.

Further helps us planning and strategizing for our product roadmap.

What do you like best about the product?
Its software of maximization and amplification of notifications that expresses the system of mixpanel, adds and authorizes the appearance of the signaling and veracity of content that is shown quickly in an emergent way as simple notification, providing an authorship of support of follow-up of actions of the company, giving to know everything what happens inside and out of the company, having visibility of the consecutives of the update of content shown in this platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sound of the notifications presented by mixpanel has a low volume, which makes it difficult to know when the alerts are executed, including the sound customization system, which does not include improvements to this mixpanel service. Therefore, a correction must be made to the software to improve the alert system with clearer and more precise sounds, which can be heard clearly, allowing the user to know in detail what is happening in his company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To keep my staff informed, with the actions and decisions taken by the executive and the line of work done by the teams responsible for carrying out the tasks in my organization, giving detailed knowledge of the integration of content, plans, forms, theoretical bases, financial data, changes or significant modifications, among various types of reasons that have to be notified quickly, so that everyone involved knows what is happening in the company.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Its on-screen linkage to appreciate what is being generated within your company, can be the trigger for the knowledge of all parties interested in knowing what steps are being followed and the results that are being obtained with the systems management used by your organization, being mixpanel the notifier of the best news for your corporation, having the unique ability to effectively track the completion of various tasks simultaneously.

What do you like best about the product?
Mixpanel has very good UI and advanced tracking both for mobile apps and website. And user from those platform will be in one dashboard. So we can compare user from those platform
What do you dislike about the product?
Report in dashboard not show whole report like in analytics and layout in dashboard not flexible to modification

Comprehensive analytics both mobile apps and website. Mixpanel can provide best tracking for those platform and give best feature to analyze user behaviour

1.) Easy to use and able to understand
2.) Track user details for each and every page
3.) Able to make funnel for each user tracking events
4.) It provide graphs format that helps to easy understand in a very short period of time
5.) Single Time we can provide support to multiple products
6.) We can track for lower environment also.
7.) Event Names are very human readable also.

1.) Few Event name repeated and not able to understand.
2.) Sometimes two profile created for single user
3.) Properties name not able to start with $
4.) Max length of character is 255 only
5.) Opt-in option not displayed for facebook user.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the fluidity of the user interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that MixPanel isn't necessarily designed for long-term storage as opposed to something like Looker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to determine the CCSAT for certain populations of our users which is incredibly helpful in A/B testing.

What do you like best about the product?
- It allows us to measure the ROI of our user acquisition as we’ve plugged it with Appsflyer > make smarter investment decisions as we follow the user’s lifecycle in Mixpanel and know in fine which channel was the more ROI positive
- It allows us to prioritize our product developments
> How much is a feature used? Our users give us a lot of feedback and it is fantastic but if you ask people do you use feature X, you usually get a different answer from what your analytics tell you
- It allows us to measure our retention and spot where we could be doing more

- Autonomy: no need for our data team and very free to make a lot of analysis on a day to day basis. We have additional tool for our data scientists for specific use case and data we don’t share with third party providers
What do you dislike about the product?
- The inability to create full CRM cycles: the journey feature is still a bit simplistic
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm confident that Mixpanel helps us make better user acquisition, product and customer success decisions. It is one of our central tool in our marketing tech stack. We're working hard on improving our retention, even if it is already much higher than most apps (thanks Mixpanel for providing studies every year), and we can follow this improvement by cohorts and by acquisition channel
