Best and easy to use Product analytics tool
What do you like best about the product?
Every feature of Mixpanel has built with deep user understanding and all the features are awesome but I liked it's Explore and Cohort most.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's behave like buggy but overall it's a great investment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have increased the our product adoption and we made it possible with Mixpanel.

Reliable and accurate customer behavior analytics for mobile and web applications. Also, MixPanel helps to measure the impact on the campaigns.

More API integrations. Also, the Data audit under the data management section. The cohort analysis to be improved.

Dashboard graph types are limited. Number of items per dashboard item is limited as well.

Mixpanel double function mobile and web
What do you like best about the product?
Its user interface is well designed.Mixpanel has a good collection of detailed data and I can see it from several angles. I like much with why i can have efficient monitoring of users.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the reports to be more visual and have more graphics. Its API is not so scalable. Keep its price and not make it more expensive when the user limit is reached.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ideal for our company because Mixpanel allows us to see everything that happens on our website. We do not need to require our workers to require great skills because it is easy to operate. It allows us to know the channels, locations and devices where they connect to visit the users.

This application is excellent when we have a correct configuration that makes us see how our product is working. A tool created with one of the best potentials to track the behavior of each of our users. It should be noted that the Mixpanel mobile application is of quality.

The way you integrate with mobile iOS/Android, is not necessarily smooth. sometimes you get duplicated users or problems trying to track some custom events.

The app allows to create leads and funnel. These leads help in making the decisions on the basis of analysis. This analysis can be done on the basis of various aspects that user provides in the leads. It works very efficiently when process of sending and receiving of messages is required.

The app does not support in gathering data. Users have to provide the data and can use the tool after inserting data. After that users have to create their own visualizations. It also duplicates the data if some same nature of action is done. Users login rules are not easy to follow. The instructions are very difficult to follow.

Mixpanel is an amazing tool having ease of implementation and documentation. It is very cost-effective. It helps collect important data points and access them. It is very easy to understand, user-friendly and well-designed. It has an inbuilt messaging function which is a plus point. It is flexible in its action and easy to incorporate into the application. It offers access to visualize the data of user events without the involvement of IT.

Sometimes the data is erroneous and is challenging to investigate it properly. Documentation of
Mixpanel is supportive but sometimes misapprehension of the results also occurs. If the data size is very large then the system becomes slow. Customer support is not accurate and API is not very accessible. Its paid versions are quite costly when compared to the related analytical tools in the market. You cannot have the same event for both the web and the mobile apps, you have to generate and track them independently.

Mixpanel gives you a proper insight of your user and it also assists the ventures to keep a track of acquisition, referral and revenue. It also offers a very convenient implementation and installation.

You need to have a proper command on it first to fully understand and operate it, hence the learning curve is steep. The dashboard is also relatively complex. And flow diagrams cannot be pinned to it as well.

It is ideal for observing the user behaviors and has excellent data tracking algorithms with accurate collection of data.

What do you like best about the product?
This platform provides incredible analytical solutions. You have an option that is fantastic, to track how often you click on a particular link. It also has a flowchart so you can verify user activities. In addition to everything mentioned above it is free even if we talk about websites where traffic is high. Mixpanel has a very receptive team that helps me when I have a problem and strives to solve it as soon as possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with other analysis applications does not work as it should. It would be better if the integration were intuitive, since that would help the tool work well. The system is also a bit complex, so you need to deepen the tutorials to learn how to use it and master them well.

We use this Mixpanel throughout the company. The sales team is delighted with this tool because it allows you to see which products and their characteristics are the most used. With this you have an idea of is being done well and what needs improvement. Mixpanel has also managed to help us have better control of the company's website, since we can see the exact number of clicks, visitors and comments. User comments directly from their actions are very valuable to us.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I openly recommend Mixpanel. It is an excellent tool, which will give you an idea of how each of your products are working. Your work team may have more guidance on what the consumer wants. It will help you see your acquisition, activation, retention, income and referrals all in one place. I think the product is mainly for larger companies, which have used Excel queries and sheets at the beginning to make their initial KPI. I do not recommend using this from the beginning as a startup. Use it when you know exactly what you want to track.

Possibly pricing. Nowdays software has many users, even if it just recently appeared. We pay a lot for this analytics.
Sometimes there are errors in account analytics, but it is unlikely to depend on the Miхpanel, there is rather a fine-tuning and unpredictable users behavior.
