Awesome
What do you like best about the product?
The way mixpanel allow our teams to know how our users behave, its really simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing, for how we use it its just perfect

Mixpanel - great analytics tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like the funnel analysis feature - it helps clearly illustrate the paths that users are taking when they enter our product.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see any way around this, but it takes engineering time to set up all of the events, and some elbow grease to make sure everything is tracking the right way. Once you get things set up, it is extremely powerful though. Also, perhaps more technical PMs could do this setup themselves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to clearly see user pathways. Being able to sort our users into cohorts and analyze them based on behaviors.

What do you like best about the product?
I can use Mixpanel to do many important things for our product team. We can use the various reports to quickly find any insights that we need or to grade feature performance post release. We also rely on the messaging functions for automating our CX communication and following up on product-qualified sales opportunities. Mixpanel essentially is a sales rep and analyst for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be cool to add a timeframe to when messages could send. For example, if triggered messages could only be sent in a window on Mon - Fri between 8 - 6 in a user's timezone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scalable messaging- our user base grew exponentially this year. Automating messaging with Mixpanel is excellent, especially since we can ensure that communication is relevant since it is tied to product actions.
Product data- Whether we're evaluating features, looking at behavior to see what to build next, looking into activity for a particular user/account, or just want to monitor product KPIs, Mixpanel has a wide variety of easy to use reports.

Comprehensive, easy to use, and tremendously useful!
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to get the data filtered and arranged the way I want, compare it with past data, and the ease with which I can do all these things. The feature set available to work with the data is overwhelming. I still have a lot to explore to be honest. :D
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such. In fact, I am impressed, and a little overwhelmed with all the features. :)

I mainly use mixpanel to track how users use our product, so that we can improve and smoothen their workflow.
Mixpanel is easy to use and a powerful tool for technology businesses
What do you like best about the product?
While at a high level mixpanel is very easy to use, it has incredible power to inform business decision-making and provide a large number of team members autonomous power over data. Additionally, it provides for a high level of personalization.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is sometimes hard to trouble shoot when something is going wrong using Mixpanel. Due to its flexibility, it can also be challenging to understand what is going wrong in the software -- intended or not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to better understand our DAU and user engagement with Mixpanel along with finding bugs that users are experiencing in our app.

Live view is what I like the most. It helps me see the actual events in real time.

It would be great if the data events in Mixpanel has a very little delay,

- Mobile integration with React Native Apps
- More graphic visualizations options
- Unable to delete wrong events
- Price could be less expensive for Brazilian companies it is a little bit expensive :)

Identify and map your product KPI's.Align with your engineering team to integrate with Mixpanel and implement product sensors.
A super flexible analytics tool with a great community/docs
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how much can be achieved with the tool, and the fact that customer support/the community are on hand to help out with neat solutions to any questions we may have. My org has gone from a super complex workflow to running everything through Mixpanel – it just made the most sense for us!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a huge amount. I think because its such a flexible product, there can be a tendency for it to get a little complicated for a new user (the learning curve can be a little steep), but once the docs/forum have been explored and enough time is spent using the tools, it becomes obvious how powerful it is!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We mainly use it for what it's meant to be doing – event-based product analytics. That said, we'd prefer to use it for traditional "page view" type analysis too, but I guess that's not your ball game. I'm also using the connections via Zapier to bring in system uptime stuff and NPS scoring from our CRM.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
In my experience, anyone using Mixpanel should ensure they have the time and resources to learn how to use it well. If you don't know what you're doing the value you get out of it will be surface level, but if you can make use of its powerful toolset, then you will be able to use it to power all/most of your product decision-making.

Sometimes there are data delays. I'm hoping these improve as they double down as an event store.

- Not simple for a developer to setup properly. Definitely more our fault than anything, but this just sits in our backlog forever
