Great way to track events and KPI's for your app.
What do you like best about the product?
Beautiful UI, easy-to-use dashboard and accurate reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of video tutorials. There are a number of video tutorials but they are very limited and not on every programming language. Also, sometimes events take too long to appear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My employer needs user data for marketing purposes, and Mixpanel helps track events to create that data

Very fast data processing, presentation, easy interface, very fast reports and dashboards can be prepared
What do you dislike about the product?
Absolutly nothing for now but I think there are areas that can be improved especially in the ui part. For example, in creating funnels.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding customer behavior is critical for us. mixpanel gives us very important details about customer movements. These are very important feedbacks in order not to make mistakes while changing something. It also provides valuable information when developing something new.

Mixpanel is very clear - all reports and data are intuitive and descriptive.

What do you dislike about the product?
You should clearly understand what and why you are looking for. Asking the right questions is crucial for useful conclusions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nerdish workflow is not very familiar to users. We are providing a new way of learning and a new type of interraction with content. With Mixpanel we were able to look through all the ways of the product usage, measure features conversion, etc. All the app is measured now and we clearly understand the points for further product improvement.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You should definitely try it - it has a very comfortable trial plan.
Minimal Effort to build analytics capability to mobile app.
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use. The UI and the live view of events enables near real-time validation of the data we sent.
What do you dislike about the product?
The data warehouse pipelines are limited to hourly or daily. There are times when the data comes in later.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mixpanel does not require us to build our own setup of analytics capability upfront but as you get more complex you might start building your own to tie the user data.

Access to complete, unsampled data sets; funnel reports; retention reports

User flow reports could be better; also not thrilled that they deprecated their A/B testing feature

Easy access to everything, tutorials, guidance for every aspect.

Can not change colors, the graphs are set to specific sizes.

Have someone who understands data analytics walk you through the platform first.
The custom charts help me get the information I needed the way I need it.

In the beginning, use mixpanel was really hard for me, mainly because I couldn't understand right away the connection between the Report and Dashboard features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Mixpanel I can understand the customer behavior in my app, get more detail about their persona and follow my app`s performance.

Retention, CTR, interaction, adoption, errors. Mixpanel is used for almost all decision making

Load time on large dashboards. Sometimes, an empty screen loads when you edit before the graph loads.
