Awewome tool for product analytics
What do you like best about the product?
Thanks to Mixpanel I can track all the important events. I really love the approach to build reports and integrations with other tools, as user flow allowing the team to understand better our product.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think to most difficult challenge is to start to build a meaningful dashboard and understand what is behind retention as MAU and WAU and so on. Will be really awesome to have a saas template.

What do you like best about the product?
Products analysis, customers analysis and customer journey , retention, and flow all are the very usefull to track each and every points

The nested format, if added more graphs and customisation option for graphs it will be advantage to summarise reports and dashboard in deep.

Mixpanel query builder is user-friendly, flexible, and allows you to visualize your data quickly.

Dashboards could be improved to be consumed by people with little to no data experience. But the team has come a long way on this matter, and we are getting there!

Mixpanel is an Incredibly Flexible and Easy-to-Learn Product Analytics Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Mixpanel is very easy to approach for non-data analytics people. As long as engineers correctly install the events, creating a report is very easy for everyone else. The customization of events is also incredible. I love that you can go deep into understanding your product at the event property level versus simply the event level. It's a great tool, and I would highly recommend it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mixpanel can get pretty expensive for a smaller startup/company looking to utilize Mixpanel. If you qualify for it, the startup program helps, but once you get pass that, there's a bit of a difference between their free tier and their paid plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mixpanel helps you understand your product at the deepest level possible. Not only can you track specific button clicks, but you can create your own cohorts and track specific events using your custom cohorts, which are pretty simple to create in Mixpanel. At my company, we use custom cohorts to see which customer groups are the most active within our product, and it's helped us understand who our most active clients are.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're considering Mixpanel, consider how deeply you want to understand your product. This sentiment may seem obvious, but Mixpanel is not something you'd likely use on just a website. However, if you work on a mobile app or a B2B software, Mixpanel could be pretty helpful if you're looking for a deep understanding of your product.
Great software, MUCH better than facebook or google
What do you like best about the product?
The realtime event model and server-based tracking were why I chose it. Realtime events are really convenient and events instead of pageviews is much better suited for the demands of a modern web. I needed server based tracking to avoid adblockers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they would let me delete events. I have a lot of legacy events that I don't use anymore and they just clutter things up. It'd also be nice if you could edit event data, but that's not as important.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking users on my website, without the godawful performance hit of using Facebook or Google.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do it! You won't regret it. I ditched Google and Facebook after realizing that a) they were killing my site's loading speed and b) they were bloated as hell, with a ton of useless "features" when all I wanted was a good way to track my users. Facebook won't even show me the data I send to them but mixpanel lets me look at everything.

We believe that product decisions should rely on data as much as possible. Mixpanel makes it possible to query user behavior data as part of the daily workflow.

What do you like best about the product?
I chose mixpanel for its ease of use and at the same time the power it offers. This tool is fundamental for adopting a data driven strategy and to prioritaze the features to be adopted in the best position.

Sometimes the dashboards are slow to load.
