A Super user friendly platform for Product Managers
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of creating dashboards, funnels and reports, all in a visual and insightful representation.
What do you dislike about the product?
a small thing - when a tab remains open with a report, it doesn't refresh automatically when you reopen it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AB testing, understanding the user journey, finding opportunities in the product.
It provides a good resource for tracking trends but could use some work on being a source of truth.
What do you like best about the product?
It can give you trending data on features most used, time in-app, logins.
What do you dislike about the product?
We cannot pull accurate contact lists based on in-app usage of features or log-ins. It doesn't integrate well with the hosting network of our product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When we need to review new feature adoption rates or query usage based on location thie reporting and insight fuctions are slick to use
Best analytics tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easily we can make perfect sense of data with mixpanel. The UI is easy and the helps us monitor retention, get user insights and gauge marketing campaigns too.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool is a bit complex to use for beginners and takes almost a month to master it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has reduced the dependency of an analyst or a person who knows how to query data. We can take data backed decisions by looking at the funnels and all sort of user journeys.

Mixpanel is very easy to use and understand even for people who doesnt have a product backgroud. Helped a lot in analysing data and driving better user insights which helped in various successful campaign both product and marketing side.
What do you dislike about the product?
Constant change in UI for all the Flow/insight/retention reports can confuse most of the time.

What do you like best about the product?
We use Mixpanel to track various activities (desktop, tablet, mobile usages) and other matrics

I think it's slightly costly. But still worth to use

To track the metrics for the user's activity and gain insights. It gives the feature to filter, group, aggregate, and visualize the data in many ways - whether you want to look at a high-level graph or a detailed table of data.

What do you like best about the product?
Clarity of dashboards and ease for anyone in the organization to understand. The insights we get from Mixpanel are essential for our product development.

There is nothing currently frustrating me with the tool. Some more advanced smart insights and recommendations would be nice, but the current offering is already useful and does the job.

Data analytics for our product. Mixpanel allows us to understand the how our customers interact with the product, seeing what features they like, what we should clarify and help them discover.
This is especially key for feature launches.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Having done a thorough market analysis, I feel that Mixpanel was the best value for money on the market, by far. Warmly recommend them and have done so to several of my friends for their businesses.
Cool User Engagement Analytics
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that I can quickly get to the user-engagement statistics I need. It's a quick, lightweight, and easy-to-use software. I haven't used any competitors, but I'm guessing they're more involved and the barrier to learn the software may be higher than Mixpanel.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be more intuitive and they could offer better real-time customer support. I also wish they could make and save common reports that we'll need to pull every month like stickiness

I've been able to learn more about where users are engaging with our software and more importantly, where users are not engaging. We've used Mixpanel data in our QBR review decks.
Quick Analysis Easy Visualization
What do you like best about the product?
We can get the complete information in the form of graphs starting from usage, activity & Retention too. so a tool where we can depend on and bring out insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no such thing as dislike little bit of upgrade would be awesome. like storytelling dashboard creating parameters with many graph options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
User Activity understanding the flow they are using,most performed activity which will help us understand the customer top customers top performers all metrics that causes impact to business
Great insights in just a few clicks
What do you like best about the product?
How intuitive and easy to use it is. In just a few clicks you'll be able to get insights that otherwise would take you much more time. Great Support system thanks to the Search Help Center.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although it is intuitive, the UI could be improved. Sometimes it is hard to distinguish which type of filter you applied. For instance, the "is not" and the "does not contain" filters look really similar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of downloads, ad impressions, new accounts created, etc. We can better understand how our users are using our site, what they are downloading, which helps us improve our services.
