I really like how intuitive and easy to use is
What do you like best about the product?
It is very intuitive, user friendly and easy to use. I find what I need very easily. Other similar tools or complementary tools I use would be Metabase, for example.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes not all the data shows in Mixpanel, but I guess that's more of a matter of how things are connected internally and doesn't have to do with the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I see when users go into my tool, so we track them and are able to see if they're using it or not. This is very useful for sales purposes.
A great tool
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ease of use. I can see who is using my tool, where and the actiiviity they are usiing it for. I don't use it for much more than that as we have our own analytical tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the countries don't align correctly, so I have a client in Amsterdam who shows up as being in Cairo. Also, sometimes not all users are showing up, but that may be based on firewalls
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking users is a lot easier than having to enter into their personal accounts and see what they are doing. Mixpanel allows me to see usage in a GDPR friendly way

What do you like best about the product?
Really simple UX and beautiful UI. The data is very straightforward and easy to interpret. We are able to get a lot of useful insights about our customers including where they're from, session length, sessions per day, and much more. I can access the data that I need to quickly and easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not able to see the actual screens of the users as they move through the app. FullStory allows me to get more specific insights on user behavior on our app compared to Mixpanel. This would be extremely helpful to add for future product iterations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to identify more information about our users that help drive decisions about our product roadmap and effectiveness of our new product launches. We can customize our dashboards to suit our needs.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There are a lot of different options on the market that surface different types of data about your users. Consider what data is most important for your specific organization and what your goals are for the platform before choosing one.

What do you like best about the product?
Mixpanel is very flexible, easy to set up, easy to integrate with. The analytical features allow you to create simple reports and give you the power to create advanced reports with custom-calculated fields and formulas. As a CPO, Mixpanel is my primary source of information about product engagement, feature adoption, and customer satisfaction.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I'm currently not well satisfied with is Group Analytics Feature. They charge you more for this feature, I'm now having issues with the group properties updates (integrated with Segment), and I don't see any special report that will pay off this expense. Other than that, I've been a delighted user for several years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems Mixpanel solves for me: User behavior tracking, feature adoption and engagement, customer satisfaction indexes, segmented reports, and custom dashboards with weekly mailing updates.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for a complete product analytics tool, this is what you probably need. I would not recommend Mixpanel to apps with millions of users per month because of the price.

What do you like best about the product?
User interface, features such as dashboard creation, and ease of support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to pay for cohort retention analysis for premium package.. All features work properly, can be made cheaper for early-stage startups and more community-driven support system
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking user retention and engagement in the app, analysing user demographics, optimizing conversion rate - I am more productive due to Mixpanel features and seen increased business performance

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and the fast updates of data, so that analytics can be viewed in a logical way and important insights can become actionable and shared with others.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the navigation is not 100% logical all the time.

Using Mixpanel to gain insights into conversions and funnels to see where customers are dropping off. This has made an impact on UX and product development.

What do you like best about the product?
i think it is easy to integrate with segment is the best thing . Since we have a wide range of customers, it's helping really well to understand and analyze our customer behavior. it's easy to download and document the results.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dashboard cen be changed for a better user experience.Filtering is a little bit confusing

It's helping with the customer behavior data. So we can plan our development and future with it.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how straightforward it is to set up dashboards and specific event analytics. It's a very intuitive process for the most part, and the variety of report options give a good breadth of things to analyze.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm still somewhat confused about different types of properties -- user, event, superproperties, etc... Would be nice to have more clarity on what types of properties should be used for different situations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to get more clarity on typical user interactions with our products by implementing analytics for different stages of the user flow. It's given us more insight into areas where we need to focus more resources.
Easy to use, free to get started
What do you like best about the product?
It is effortless and free to get started tracking events on your app. This tool has been invaluable in speeding up development to get quick insights into user behavior on our app. Dashboards provide additional functionality for charting and analyzing user behavior.
What do you dislike about the product?
A little hiccup trying to get Mixpanel running is the slightly confusing methods of identifying users on devices. This could be made more seamless in my opinion. Still a very little nitpick for a really great product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mixpanel makes it really easy to track events and analyze user behaviors. Main benefits are cost: development time, and being free to use for a small startup with not many events/users to track.

What do you dislike about the product?
There should be some tutorial handy from mixpanel what kind of visualizations / reports we can generate in mixpanel.
