Easy to Find Possible Churns
What do you like best about the product?
Event tracking is the best when you try to choose where to improve between the features in your app
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike about the product so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead checking it manually, Mixpanel can show you the customers list that might churn

What do you like best about the product?
Real information on live, what we most like in DATAICO is that we can understand the journey of our customers which allow to sprint new features in our systems
What do you dislike about the product?
We dislike that some dashboards disappear after some time, and it´s hard to find why or how to set they don´t disappear of the project
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We could find, fix, and improve the home page registration because the funnel that we did with mix panel showed us that people were not selecting a plan subscription after the registration. So we could reduce the steps of registration user in only 2 steps
Great analytics at a great price
What do you like best about the product?
I love how deep I can dive into the analytics we collect. Every day I'm learning about a new way to visualize a given metric!
What do you dislike about the product?
Visualizing growth rates in a metric is a bit tedious. That's really it, though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It simply provides unparalleled insight into how our users derive value from our service.
Mixpanel is an indispensable tool that I use on a daily basis.

The best features for my use are the personal customization options.

The interface is a little boring but this a really minor point.

I'm solving the problem of receiving real-time data without having to go through our data dpartment.
It's a very sophisticated tool. We are heavily relying on that

UI is pretty cool to work with, I like that it doesn't have too many links or buttons in one page. It tries to be simple and yet powerful. Also the fact that events are published immediately is great. The mobile SDK is pretty good
What do you dislike about the product?
Onboarding was a bit tricky, for example I didn't know how to work with filters. But to be fair, I didn't watch any turotial or read any docs. After working with that, everything seems easy now. Strange
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using MixPanel for analytics events in our mobile. We are relying on that heavily. The fact that it stores the events for a long time, help us not worrying about storing events in database. Also we can investigate user issues more easily
Extraordinary UX makes the tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love the extrememly useful UX of the product.
Most data aggregation tools are so complex that I need to manually pull a report anytime my team members or stakeholder have a data question. With MixPanel, I can send them a link to a dashboard or report and have confidence that they can answer most data questions themselves.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to find anything I dislike about the solution. This is not the most helpful for a review, but I honestly haven't run into any hicups besides a report not loading once, and support reached back out with a workaround in under an hour

Easy able to create funnels, drill into workflows, or understand where users are going after the take a specific action.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's not the cheapest, but the stellar support, UX, and stability make it worth the price

Mixpanel is a tool that crosses borders.
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use thanks to its simple design, and intuitive interface for data analysis. Useful tools for the web such as creating events or notifications. It has a very tidy consumable format, users interact permanently with the product in a very simple way.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free version has many limitations for the user, the configuration can be more complex than other competing tools. There are often errors in the data analysis, but they can be solved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is useful to know the opinions of users and the views of our customers, it allows me to generate interactive reports that are of great help when analyzing support data. Its visual edition is useful when managing and segmenting elements.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a useful analysis tool that will allow you to identify customer data and quantify it into better options for your company. It does not require high performance in your computer and anyone can have access to it, I recommend it.
Powerful & intuitive, yet easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to build dashboards and reports. It's extremely flexible and very fast - so it shows me the results I'm looking for without having to wait for it to load.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is minor - but Mixpanel doesn't do a good job of telling me why a report has no results. As a non-technical user, it's hard for me to tell which metrics can be cross-referenced and which ones can't. This is likely a problem with how we ingest data, but at the same time, it might be helpful to add some reasons why results could not be found.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to quickly find insights without having to ask for a manual data export from product or engineering. It is feeding my natural curiosity and helping me uncover important business insights without relying on other teams.
