Helpful for seeing app insights
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to seeing insights about our users and how they're using the app. I also love being able to slice and dice our data
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit annoying to duplicate views, modify things, and save them. I feel like the process could be easier
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing us to understand our users' usage of the app. That allows us to make better decisions about what to prioritize while building
Mixpanel is a powerful and flexible tool that enhance business and behavior understanding
What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility and high customization. The interface is very clear and serves the data.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a complex tool that can be hard to fully grasp at first. We never know for sure if we are using the right way, if there is any "right way".
The loading times are often quite long.
It would be really great to add the option to share by default with the team the new dashboard we create.
Finally, I would suggest reinforcing the billing section (that could get inspired by Vercel's one for instance) to bring a more customizable experience.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding user behavior and adoption. How are our services used and at what frequence. We also plan to gather business intelligence and insight on new feature opportunities.
Not a bad solution for mobile analytics, but there are much better ones out there
What do you like best about the product?
I did love that a lot of the charts were already set up in advance, and the overall user interface and ease of use. I loved the feed showing all the users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating very specific charts around properties and events was not as easy and useful as other solutions on the market.

We use Mixpanel to monitor and analyze how users are using our mobile app and to optimize the app in various ways based on that data.

What do you like best about the product?
My experience while using the Mixpanel is awesome. Great for understanding an analyzing the product & customer behavior. UI is awesome, easier to use and navigate. Best for product analysis. Highly recommended.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like it to be a little more accessible, the costs are somewhat high. Although we still pay for it because it is representative of our work, it would be great to have slightly cheaper access.

I like the framework and there're many way to create monitor dashboard and analyzing to improve the product

Maybe there should be recommended metrics or something like that based on machine learning
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It can help me in setting metrics for my product to measure new functions, improve the convention and more. I can see the problem with the UX after viewing the dashboard also.

What do you like best about the product?
It has captured the logs which our PRS couldn't track.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't show the device name and sometimes doesn't fetches the details at all. Seems like stores too much cache.

A great tool for product analytics and insights.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity of the product. Everything is well organized and can be found at a finger tips. With the latest update the product is more user friendly and easy to use.

Nothing to be disliked so far. It goes down sometimes but I am clearly notified about it so I know the team is working on it.

Mixpanel is helping me with product analytics which helps me understand the health of the product and business. With the help of dashboards I can see the holistic view of important metrics.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to learn and use by non-technical people, and easy to integrate for the engineers. We like the fact that we can also deep-dive into specific users/events to capture their user journey.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some parts of the report-building are powerful, which also means it can be quite tricky to learn. Need to allocate time to really learn about the feature. This is quite tricky for small organizations like ours that may not have dedicated Product Analysts.

It helps us understand user behaviour on our app, allowing us to make data-driven decisions on parts of the app that work / doesn't work.
