What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create funnels with minimal effort is amazing - it really speeds up our analytics efforts and allows us to understand customer journeys well
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to complain about - the product works well. One thing could be improved on is the time it takes for funnels and reports to load as it sometimes takes more than 30 seconds to load
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mixpanel allows us to understand our customer user journey better. It allows us to gain a view of what is working and not working, what features cause churn and how customers drop out of the journey

Viewing all the dashboards on one screen

Its bit hard to follow for a first timer
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Shows us a dashboard of how our app is being used by the users and if any are falling off enabling us to make decisions on various marketing activities that are targeted to a set and defined group
Mixpanel is one of the best product analytics software available in the market right now.
What do you like best about the product?
User analytics is one of the best features which lets me see the behaviour of a user granularly. We also use the Group analytics feature extensively as our users are both Businesses and Customers and Customers representing Businesses.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would need better and easy integrations with slack and other communication and productivity tools such as notion. The mail publishing helps but slack notifications to leadership with reports everyday will be more convenient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mixpanel is helping us to get insights into our users and make decisions from it. We do track most of the events in our DB as well but it is very difficult to collate the data together and make sense of it. On top of it the visualization from these query software like redash is very bad. Mixpanel solves both these problems.

Maybe we can have more information to add about the company organization and not only the name

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to learn and understand. Very intiutive. Beautiful graphics and a lot of functionalities to help you understand your product's metrics.
What do you dislike about the product?
In general, everything works fine. There are some things that I would like to do but are not available. For example, being able to filter time depending on some event (f.e. check events one week prior to a certain event, independently of when this event occurred)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me with my product data analyst role. I use it to analyze user behavior on the app. Its simple but versatile graphics are understandable for everybody in the company.
Easy to Use, Convenient, Insightful

Cohort analysis and breakdowns on the mixpanel dashboard
What do you dislike about the product?
The overall loading time even when I click on query-time sampling (on the dashboard), as well as in the 'users' tab. Sometimes the data loads too slowly

Analysing behavioural patterns of target audiences + matching intended audiences with actual audiences
Setting the reliable standard
What do you like best about the product?
Instantaneous. You can visualize the data through any visualization very rapidly, allowing your investigations and curiosity to cover many more possibilities than comparable competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to be able to pull together multiple projets into a single dashboard. Right now, you have to manage access rights via projects, which means in our case means one project per application since not all partners can see all app data, but then we lose the ability to have dashboards that collate data from multiple applications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Non-technical personnel can investigate and problem solve. In a highly competitive environment for data scientists, developers and product owners, it's extremely useful to have a tool that reduces the requirements so you don't have to rely on finding personnel that can cover all three.
Solid analytics tool, but not very intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
There is more functionality than you might expect and once you know how to use it properly, you can analyze your data in a lot of different ways.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI is not very intuitive and there is no live chat support to get quick answers so you have to break your workflow to figure things out. Also, I'm not sure if this is due to our data structure, but null values do not show in mixpanel, which greatly limits what can be done with the tool.

Mixpanel makes it easier for us to analyze and visualize product usage data across users, which help us spot trends and make more informed decisions.
Best tool to track user interface
What do you like best about the product?
It gives a detailed user activity to how the user entered the website to where is he going. It helps a lot in understanding the user journey so as to create better user experience

Nothing as yet, Ive been using Mixpanel for quite a long time now and it has given a proper user experience

It is helping me in tracking and knowing user journey which further allows me to take appropriate measures to fix the issues on website

The "Insights" report is just the best, it was very easy to set up in the code, and as a PM, I'm very pleased with the interface.
Besides that, I think that your dashboard layout is amazing! And I love the minor improvement to the design, it just makes things more fun.

What do you dislike about the product?
1. I find Flows to be very confusing. I tried using this feature multiple times, and while I always managed to understand something from the chart, I never understood the whole picture (and I've read the "Introducing Flows" more than once).
2. Not being able to use Company cohort in an Insight report is pretty annoying.
3. A divider element for the dashboard layout to create a more organized dashboard is something that could really help us.
