What do you like best about the product?
It helps to track the user events, which can be further used for analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not work in real time - at time's there's a lag of 3-4 minutes

What do you like best about the product?
I and the team get to see and track activities from our app in an organized format. This helps us know what to tweak and what to double down on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a dislike but I will prefer having a guide that prompts users on how to segment and categorize stuff.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us track our business metrics, especially for the growth and product departments.
Mixpanel helps us analyze analytics easily with lots of flexibility!
What do you like best about the product?
Mixpanel tracks a lot of great things right out of the box, and gives a lot of flexibility in how to analyze the data. Funnels are super easy and analyzing is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was hoping that Mixpanel would have heatmaps available, but there isn't a lot of other things to help Product and Design.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mixpanel is helping us analyze data to understand how we should be building our product, where we should focus on and continue to make our product better. We use it for custom events as well to dig into exactly what we need.

What do you like best about the product?
It's usability for example you can create dashboards based on insights, funnels, retention and flows.
There are also so many tools which allow you to segment the data to a granular level.

What do you dislike about the product?
Depending on size of the dashboard it can sometimes take a while to load albeit I've learnt to just create smaller dashboards with only 7/8 tables.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's really allowing me an easy and quick way to understand customer behaviour and identify problems without having to learn SQL or rely on my data analysis.
Mixpanel makes it quick and easy to answer product analytic questions all by yourself.
What do you like best about the product?
The speed of being able to generate insights from users' actions in your applications and website is astonishing. No need to bother engineers or analysts, just quickly use the insights or funnel reports to get the information you need in just a few clicks. I especially like the more advanced features such as signals and impact which are super powerful and quick when running regressions on your data.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've used Mixpanel since 2016 and with every feature update and iteration, it's clear they've put a lot of thought into how to make it easier, faster and more delightful to use. If I had to pick something, I'd like the user permission roles to be more obvious as which role has the most access and which has the least. This would ensure I am super confident in granting my team the right access they need to accomplish their goals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allow product teams, designers, customer success managers, CX and engineers to quickly self-serve when monitoring how users are using our solution to accomplish their goals.
Wonderful Product
What do you like best about the product?
Mixpanel is easy to implement. I like the standard reports to get quick information and top-level metrics but like the API for integrations

Some of the groupings by date could be improved
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Showing me customer usage so that I can target those customers who are not using the software for extra training.
Excellent for product design and research
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use, even if you don't have developer's background. It helped me to recruit users for interviews, gather data to create hypothesis while doing product discovery and we use daily to check on our metrics.
What do you dislike about the product?
If the people using it don't document the events properly, it is hard to discover what it is for and can become messy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
User recruiting, usage analysis, data for creating personas. Mixpanel is helping us to understand our user's behavior. We can also use one dashboard to study one type of user specifically, which makes it easier to test and validate.
Leaps and bounds above GA4
What do you like best about the product?
We're only a month or two in using Mixpanel, but already showing way more promise over what GA is giving us. Tagging and tracking is really easy and intuitive, the lexicon is great for nailing down exaxtly whats going on behind the scenes clearly. The cannonical pre-user signup ID is fantastic giving us pre-signup tracking to a degree. Really nice UI, data exports are quick and easy. I fully believe what I'm seeing in MP, vs the take it with a grain of salt experience going on in GA4.
What do you dislike about the product?
As great as the canonical ID is, it would be great to be able to set a priority as to what field is used for it. At the moment we seem to have a completely random mixture of users with mixpanel set ids vs our platform ids, when logically post signup everything should be assigned as a platform ID. It can be worked around by exporting with the platform id alongside the canonical. Seems I can't find them, or basic features like setting the colour of legends or breakdowns within charts isn't possible yet? Meaning across multiple graphs you can have completely different colours for the same dimension, not great. Also, as great as the geographic attribution seems to be, theres no geographic map/graph views for reports? Have to export and view in tableau to get around this.

GA4 is a mess at the moment and MP gives us a reliable configurable analytics view of what's going on with the App simply and easily.
The Superpower called Mixpanel
What do you like best about the product?
Mixpanel gave me full insights on how my app is performing in production. I get to custom particular events and activities I wish to monitor and just sit down and watch. It feels good.
What do you dislike about the product?
not so much. just that while setting up I waited to get the first event but it took so something which made me leave the platform but I later noticed that it was actually recording the events. i just checked the wrong place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mixpanel solves the problem of insights. As a business it is just as important to get a product out as it is to monitor, Mixpanel solves that problem.
Great product
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to track customer journeys is amazing. The product allows me to better understand user behavior. Further, I am also able to create funnels and reports which allow me to better communicate user behaviour to internal stakeholders

Nothing off the bat - however the reports do take a while to be loaded
