Mixpanel is the best analytics tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Mixpanel helped me review all important analytics for the mobile app i was working on. I was able to review data, create flows and funnels. Being able to do this was so helpful in visualizing what was going on in my app.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve was a bit steep and understanding how to use some of the graphs/data was hard. So it took some time to watch tutorials and read the documentation to learn how to use all of the features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems mixpanel solved were endless. I could look at daily, yearly, and monthly data on what was going on in my app. I was able to create reports to understand user flows.

What do you like best about the product?
- It's not very difficult to understand, and the data is very easy to access and organized in an easy-to-use and accessible manner. Doesn't take hours just to understand how it works.

What do you dislike about the product?
-Would like to see more integrations with other apps.
-More detailed insights, such as; time spent on pages, would be helpful. This way Mixpanel would be an all-in-one tool.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping our team track events, accounts created and understand the performance of our marketing assets in a deeper and more objective manner. This way, we are able to target our marketing strategy in a more informed manner. It also helps us understand where we are gaining traffic for our target audience.
There's no better analytics tool than Mixpanel
What do you like best about the product?
1. It is super fast - No matter the complexity of filters, breakdowns, mixpanel comes up with the visualization in a jiffy. Now that's a delight because number crunching is known to be super slow process across other analytics tools, excel etc.
2. The UI is beautiful - Who thought number crunching could be fun? Well, mixpanel did.
3. Feature packed - You get trends, insights, funnels, cohorts broken down by any number of dimensions.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really! Maybe they could add products like Appcues, Userflow etc., to simplify life for product folks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Super detailed view of User behavior, feature adoption, engagement, conversion & retention. Integrates most of external tools seamlessly as well.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Mixpanel for its uncomplicated and intuitive design, which makes it a pleasure to use. The basic colour scheme helps to quickly find the information you are looking for and the help section provides thorough tutorials and examples that give a deep insight into all aspects of the product, making it easier even for someone who is not an expert. It has great potential, so a small investment in training can yield immense rewards in terms of understanding customer behaviour on the website or application, such as identifying issues and resolving them effectively with less scrolling than before after updates have been made. Overall, I think Mixpannel offers a flawless solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
Using Mixpanel plans for event logging is an essential part of ensuring successful launches, but the examples available are inadequate. It's simple to get started that it can lead to carelessly tracking too much information that ends up being redundant and useless. To ensure successful implementation, access to more detailed planning models would be highly beneficial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My application's usage data can be collected and analysed easily with Mixpanel.
Maximum flexibility and freedom to explore
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it is very intuative. I love that I can use it to explore and answer questions that I have. I love the great design of the product, high end result, makes me want to use it. It's so "delicious"-if I can say it on a web interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
Didn't have many. As a non-data person, most of the limitation are of my imagination. Also, I think a nice feature that would help my org is recommendations to eemove duplicate props, as we have many (our fault of course).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving me visibility about my product's usage, and real time statistics. Also some times help to find bugs and unintentional event flows.

What do you like best about the product?
I do like the new renovated user interface and the facility to create dashboards and funnels from the app events. I believe that mixpanel now is better than before.
What do you dislike about the product?
Before the new mixpanel user interface I was able to download some information about user. Now that's not possible due to data privacy terms. I think they should include some user fields in order to implement strategies
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a lot of digital app events data sources and mixpanel integrate well those events in dashboards, cohorts and we can manage all related to digital business in mixpanel
Top-class Analytics platform to track the product performance

1. Instant reflection of the user's movement on the platform

1. Data, when exported, doesn't show up in all the fields
2. Flow reports screen looks a bit unorganised. To extract the data is always confusing.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are building a cross-border mobile platform, sometimes, OTP doesn't get delivered, and Mixpanel is very helpful for us to identify the errors of the users. It also tells the areas of friction.
Awesome software to get analytics
What do you like best about the product?
Mixpanel is an amazing tool to get insights into what is happening to your product. It helps us analyze various points where users are interacted and help us take action.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mixpanel doesn't auto capture the events. It also doesn't give you data on how much time did user spend on a given page. Feature on Mixpanel like Funel is really a complication.

Mixpanel helps me check out the user's activities on the product. It helped me to look into the extracting usage metric

It's pretty costly to leverage mixpanel as the community of users grows.

Easiest to use analytics platform out there
What do you like best about the product?
I find Mixpanel so user friendly compared to other analytics tools. You don't need to be an expert or SQL wizard to get useful insights. The charts are easy to generate and understand, and the dashboard sharing and AB testing capabilities are awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't really think of much. Some user flows are a little bit unintuitive like setting up custom events, but it's pretty easy in general and more than flexible enough for my needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easy to track performance of features, AB tests and user cohorts, so i know if the work we're doing is succeeding with the expected impact. The whole team can also get involved as it's easy to use.
