Great and flexible analytics tool for business users with incredible customer service
What do you like best about the product?
I like how flexible the analytics tool is. 99% of the time I've been able to analyze something just the way I imagined it. It is also very user-friendly, which makes it easy to implement with business users in our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Slack community could be a bit more responsive. The good customer service makes up for this, however. I would like to see some additional functionality, such as a better Slack integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We track users' product usage and analyse user's behavior for specific flows. We share these analytics across the organization to make effective decisions and informs our product and sales efforts
The learning curve is steep, but when everything is setup, it just works and brings great value
What do you like best about the product?
Setup is fine, and the filter/segments/events functions are just great. The templates and automatic visualization options are the best part, and brings value from day 1.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve is steep when you consider both setup, data-implementation, and afterwards usage, but the value it brings with insights is worth every second
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As head of growth, my need is to view marketing-entries to our platform (Bricksite) and qualify these singups within our productflow. Mixpanel does both well, when setup correctly.

Mixpanel has a very intuitive UI
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing is that it brings all app data into one view. Also, the User interface is very user friendly.

Nothing, I love everything about mixpanel.

It solves an issue where we have to pull data from multiple sources. It brings everything into one place.
A Very versatile product analytics application
What do you like best about the product?
With this platform, you can monitor events from your application or product almost in real time as users interact with it. The reporting features are robust, and the data visualization tools are highly effective. Pretty easy to use. One of the standout benefits is the ability to create funnels, enabling you to track user engagement and other important metrics as people use your application. Additionally, you can manage multiple servers there and attach properties to events, which helps you analyze how events with specific properties perform throughout the entire flow. Also I had faced a problem with some events not showing up the customer support helped me and resolved my issue quickly after I mailed them. I sometimes use it more than twice a week.
What do you dislike about the product?
For someone new to Mixpanel, it can be a bit complicated to use at first. The platform offers a wide range of features, which may feel overwhelming. I also think there should be more support documents and materials available to help users learn more quickly. Additionally, it can be quite expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MixPanel makes it easy for me to monitor user engagement and quickly identify any issues in the user experience, thanks to its real-time event tracking features. It also lets me generate and share user engagement data and reports, which is especially helpful for our company as we focus on improving our product.
Mixpanel is an amazing product
What do you like best about the product?
Its collection of data and simplifies it to provide it to the users. It's unmatched. The recording of events by the user on the application. Havent tested competitors, but I wouldn't switch from Mixpanel.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing for now, all looks good. nothing wrong at all. Nope, I don't think so. No problems at all. I would like them to continuously improvise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can see the data and easily assist the user, watch the events of user on the smallcase app. Yes, I am definitely more productive than ever. Yes business performance has increased.

I love how simple it is to use. Finding users, creating funnels, etc everything is easy and learning curve is very less

Nothing that I dislike about mixpanel yet. Suggestion: Maybe a course or something which also helps us in understanding how to create events for the data we want to measure

1- It helps us in understanding the data like how many users are clicking where, what is the conversion, retention etc.
2- We improvise on designs on the basis of data, where drop offs are max, we know that we have to improve the UX.

Good tool for tracking user funnel and user journey
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing is the user journey comparision it shows at hourly, daily,weekly level and at media source level
What do you dislike about the product?
Downside is that we dont have website data. As marketer i would want to see all my app & web data in one console rather than switching over everytime

Mixpanel is solving various problems like the granularity at which it shows data can't be seen in GA or Appsflyer. eg. at user level, city level etc. In our business city level data is very very important and we only get it on mixpanel in realtime

Simply dump all events as they happen, Mixpanel insights and reports do the rest for you!
What do you like best about the product?
No need to think twice from the perspective of grouping or limiting events. Log all interactions as they happen, and let Mixpanel insights give you the summary you need. Funnels and Retention reports also help a lot. Because of the simple interface, you can get insights very quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
They provide some board templates, but I guess that's where they can improve and add more ready-to-use templates. May be I haven't explored this part enough, will soon give it a try.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the simple problem of gaining insights into user behavior, satisfaction and retention without interrupting the user. I spend way less time making sense of analytics now.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease with which you can create funnels to track business success metrics makes it easier for you to monitor the KPIs in great detail, consequently making it easier for you to take calls on improvements in your product/ feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike about Mixpanel. It's an excellent tool for your business. However, one thing I would like the Mixpanel team to work on is the suggestions they provide while creating funnels
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Mixpanel as a software developer in a product based Unicorn in India, and it has helped me a great deal in analysing the impact of my work upon the users of our product. It hence has helped me in understanding the consumer requirements, which is of utmost importance for any business.
