One of the best analytical tool in the market
What do you like best about the product?
Simplistic and easy-to-navigate tool, the best part is saving reports and creating funnels and segmentation. Mixpanel is also easy to setup on the website. I haven't tried the AB test feature but will sure use that in future scenarios as well if required.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing is too costly for the events per price other competitors are giving similar features for lower price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best part of using Mixpanel is to create funnels of two different pages and understand the conversion rate dropoff of customers.
A must have component of any digital product stack.
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Mixpanel is the ability to get quantitative insights into how my products perform with users. Shipping features is not good enough if you can't assert that they have the impact you want for your customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to edit and save a report when trying to change a simple setting like the period of a report (7D to 30D). I want to toggle between those views on the report while on my boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mixpanel solves the problem of knowing how users use my products and which features perform best. It gives me a great sense of retention and engagement to make smart product decisions.

Simple and intuitive to use, very, very fast at loading tables and charts once you've created the filters and data points you're interested in seeing.

Saving and sharing tables with other users is always more confusing and less intuitive than it should be.

Great UX, intuitive, really fast, lots of visualizations, great features. Helps with quick decision making.

Initial learning curve is pretty steep. But once you get past that, its a breeze. There's not a lot of documentation about best practices that are easily discoverable. Support for time and timezone is missing

A Powerful Privacy Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how simple it is to implement and query. The JQL tools are particularly useful as a Privacy Engineer for tracking down activity by potential bad actors to determine if they in appropriately accessed any PHI.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would appreciate a few more JQL sample queries that could be used to get started even faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mixpanel allows us to track whether a bad actor has accessed Personally Identifiable Information or Protected Health Information.
Great Product Analytics Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Integrates with our customer data platform and makes it easy to get started creating dashboards and reports. The cohorts feature is especially useful for creating reusable groups for analysis and reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes analysis methods can be unclear for beginners, especially advanced filters and analysis like Per User. Passing event attributes from our customer data platform is not always so straightforward.

Started using Mixpanel to make data-driven product decisions and report on user engagement to our enterprise clients. Set up dashboards to inform and align senior leadership team.

What do you dislike about the product?
- Very slow support even for enterprise customers. Sometimes replies can take 2-3 days and for implementation this becomes very annoying.

What do you dislike about the product?
My only concern is about the price as its freemium model is very good to give your business a good kickstart. But the price will grow exponentially as your app grows.

1. Mixpanel helps me to identify that a certain feature was not being used by many users. I removed the feature and replaced it with a new feature that was more popular with users. This resulted in an increase in user engagement.

A simple and quick tool to set up to get insight of my product
What do you like best about the product?
The tool was really easy to implement, everyone in the company can do his own boards and reports. In a few seconds I can check how my users use my product. The 4 types of report are easy to understand even if I would say that the retention report is a bit harder to understand than the others.
What do you dislike about the product?
Last time I checked the documentation, I can't remember why, but the documentation was not up to date, so it was not as usefull as it could have been. We are a B2C mobile application, we have our mobile application and a website. Both are tracked via Segment and Mixpanel. I could use to have both product tracking in the same Mixpanel workspace.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can see how our users interact with our products, both mobile application and website version. It helps us in our decision to make the right choice based on the user's actions
