Amazing product usage data, easy to use and implement
What do you like best about the product?
Mixpanel has a very extensive documentation and it's easy to learn about the tool and guide the software team, even with little technical background.
The usage of the tool is also quite intuitive, making it easy to analyze the data and build dashboards and insightful reports.
Retention analysis and conversion funnels are also few clicks away.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not a problem from Mixpanel, but it does require your own product's knowledge to be able to set it up correctly, as well as understanding when each event should be registered.
Mixpanel guide has all the information necessary on that, but applying this might be tricky depending on the software.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mixpanel is really allowing us to get to know how our users move throughout our products, understanding key features, issues that arise, and that makes it very easy to focus our energy and attention on improving existing features and fixing bugs quicker,
Reliable analytics, easy to use, and long time user
What do you like best about the product?
I've selected and used Mixpanel as our primary engagement analytics tracking tool at more than 3 companies now. It's easy to use, easy to setup, and reliable. I find the user interface better than the other similar tools out there.
What do you dislike about the product?
No glaring gaps but I believe the search query functionality under the Users Tab can be more robust for searching for roll-up reporting of key segment(s) who have done certain actions within a defined time period.

From Google Analytics to Heaven with Mixpanel
What do you like best about the product?
For those who are comfortable with Google Analytics: give Mixpanel a try! The most complete tool I've ever used. The possibilities are infinite. Here in the company, we are migrating from Google Analytics and all its chains to the greatness and freedom of Mixpanel. The fact of viewing data in almost realtime is fantastic. The variety of visions you can create is massive compared to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to have vertical chart bars; Mixpanel is only limited to horizontal ones, which doesn't cover all cases or makes a vision harder. I also would like to be able to get data using SQL; nowadays, Mixpanel has JQL, which is excellent but has a difficult learning curve for those familiar with SQL.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to see data while users use our app so we can have fast insights. Mixpanel really democrates data access through our company, and it's a big part of letting us encourage a data-focused culture.

It's easy to use for non-engineers and helps make data ubiquitous across the company.

There is a bit of a learning curve but overall still very use to use.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to get it! It's very intuitive do create dashboards and updates its as well.

Integrations with others plataforms are not easy to do it.

Our Saas indicatores (MAU, DAU,WAU) is totally controlled by the plataform.
MixPanel is hardly funny,exploratory and creative
What do you like best about the product?
The layout, colors, the click-button options, in other words, the disposition of data and insights is fantastic, a funny and clever application that attends our necessities!
What do you dislike about the product?
It has some information that I need to click on "Explore" to see it, when I need to take the user that click or access that event what do I do: click on View Users and the first tabel appears "(no value). Only click on 1 user I click in Explore and the user appears. It's so disgusting!

The insights and disposition of usability reports and other options that agilize our process to follow the process and analyze the evolution of client's journey.

We can get almost all the relevant product metrics easily. The SDK is versatile and it was very easy to connect.

The tool is generally quite slow. The API to export the data is not easy to use.

It shows me the type of engagement my customers are doing on my company's marketplace. I am able to see who is using and how, which gives us feedback on what's working.

What do you like best about the product?
The graphs, charts, and dashboards that are built into mixpanel. It would have taken us a significant amount of time to build out the same functionality in-house. I also enjoy the new pricing structure for mixpanel.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the UI can be confusing because there are so many options for setting up the solution. I really think some canned beginner or starter dashboards would be nice for someone who's new to this sort of tooling to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
User conversion, drop off, and occasionally debugging workflows. We've been able to get a deep understanding of conversion changes for each change in a user workflow.
We were finally able to get a handle on our application metrics and usage!
What do you like best about the product?
It's super flexible. We tried other metric-tracking apps for a long time but eventually ran into issues making them fit our specific needs. Mixpanel just worked!
What do you dislike about the product?
Because of the flexibility, you do have a spend a bit more time thinking about how to build your reports and dashboards and making sure they work. I'd like more preconfigured dashboards read to go that can be tweaked.

It's helping us keep track of our unit metrics over time. Things like MRR, ARPU, Churn, Conversion rate, and conversion funnels.
