What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive platform and thousand of templates (tat using AI) to bring a nice and complete analyses from the product, fucntion and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, features are hided and you need to read articles and some tips on the community to understand better.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to create custom reports we need to track down-funnel freemium user acquisition actions. This enables us to optimize channels/campaigns that drive the best quality users for a PLG product.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not intuitive how to add other users to reports at first. It's not a big deal once you figure out how to collaborate across your team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mixpanel gives us the data we need to know what quality users are coming through PPC campaigns. There are a lot of steps/criteria to becomming a user of our product and we Mixpanel to map that out for us.

Really nice analytics platform for a Saas business

What do you like best about the product?
Dashboards: they are pretty nice, and you can get what you want visually in a few clicks. They could be even better when sometimes you need an advanced mode with SQL-like query.
Custom Events: very convenient to reshape your data without capturing new events and simplify analysis.
API: I think the simplicity of tracking with the API is lovely. Put anything, and it's supported. I like it a lot.
Support: the team behind the support always gave me the correct answer, and they are really nice people.
Cohorts: I wish I could create more cohorts (free plan), but at least the cohorts automatically created for me are perfect for deep analysis

We used multiple analytics platforms, and this is the one that I like to watch how our product is used on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing model: it lacks progressivity in the pricing model, from Free to Paid. The gap is just too huge for a small company like ours.

What do you like best about the product?
The detailed information it provides includes geographic location, type of device used, most visited pages, statistics and graphs, and other details that have allowed us to track our website more accurately. This information has been beneficial when making strategic decisions to improve the web experience for visitors and optimize our websites. Mixpanel has become child's play for everyone involved thanks to its easy-to-use, easy to configure and easy to get used to designing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of a real-time reporting tool on the website is the only thing I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My company uses Mixpanel to monitor and analyze website traffic. I must admit that it has been beneficial in providing detailed data on where our traffic is coming from, the most popular pages and which browsers users prefer. In terms of customization, I love its flexibility: we can set our own targets and segments and our own reporting and tracking mechanisms. The most significant benefit of analyzing visitor behavior is that it has helped us strategically optimize our website.

What do you like best about the product?
Because of its easy-to-use interface and eye-catching visualisations, I love Mixpanel. They are easy to create and allow me to quickly uncover interesting insights about our customers - giving us the opportunity to grow! As a data scientist, I particularly appreciate their raw export API as it makes it easy to manipulate using SQL Lite, which also makes more complex analysis easier. Furthermore, but non-technical stakeholders can also get involved in reviewing reports because the platform is so easy to use - you really don't need advanced analytics skills, just some understanding.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the fact that mastering MixPanel requires diligence and time to become familiar with its details. While it is a powerful tool, it can be challenging to fully master its intricate specifics, as each organisation's needs require a different approach. When attempting to understand certain behaviours or address specific issues, one should always review the events previously entered into MixPanel for best results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This allows me to better understand our users and optimise their engagement with our various products and services by making targeted offers or announcements at the right time during their journey.

Everyone can now analyze data. Everyone can access simple and beautiful custom dashboards.

Sometimes it can be difficult to find advanced options because the interface is so simplified, which is not really a downside.

What do you dislike about the product?
While Mixpanel offers a plethora of powerful features and benefits, there are a few aspects that I find less favorable. Here are some of the things I dislike about Mixpanel:

1. Complexity for Beginners: For users who are new to analytics platforms or lack a technical background, Mixpanel can initially feel overwhelming.

2. No real-time alerting: When a event is trigerred, there is no feature to alert in realtime.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mixpanel solves key problems related to data analytics and user behavior tracking, benefiting me in various ways. It enables me to understand user behavior, drive product and feature improvements, optimize user onboarding and conversion funnels, personalize user experiences, monitor and improve user retention, and make real-time, agile decisions. By addressing these challenges, Mixpanel empowers me to make informed decisions, optimize user experiences, and drive business growth, ultimately enhancing my understanding of user behavior and helping me achieve my business goals.

What do you like best about the product?
Our team uses Mixpanel to analyze our website, mobile & web app data. It helps us make decisions on what to work on next. Whether that's product roadmap decisions, marketing budget allocation, website optimization, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
They removed the email feature, which was really powerful. We used it for years. We had to find an alternate provider which took our dev & marketing team a lot of time to set up. The replacement email provider we switched to costs us $6800/year.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Knowing where bottlenecks are in our software UX, as well in the marketing & sales process.

What do you like best about the product?
Mixpanel is a super intuitive product analytics tool that easily enables customer behavior analysis. From connecting multiple data sources and destinations to cohort, funnels, and flows analysis my team and I have the very best tool on hand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes making a tracking plan and setting up the tool in tools is not as simple as told.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding at which moment our customers are on a journey and what problems they are facing helps our product team to be super effective in prioritizing and scoping solutions, hence delivering faster impact and less time in development.

Amazing Analytics Platform

What do you like best about the product?
As a product manager, Mixpanel has been a game changer. I previously used Looker for analytics purposes, but Mixpanel unlocks next-level insights. I am able to analyze user behavior like never before and build dashboards within minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a bit of a learning curve when getting started with Mixpanel. However, given the breadth and depth of use cases, this is understandable. Our AE was able to set us up with several training sessions to onboard the team
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to understand my users so much better. I am also able to correlate user behaviors to different outcomes. It has been a game changer as PM.
