Reasonable price, great customer support

Nothing to add for now. Some reports are a little slow, but makes sense due to the data to query.

Easy to use. Customizable. Nice UI & UX. Nice choices for deep analysis.

What do you like best about the product?
You can do basically any tracking you need with Intercom. It is easy to see all of the analytics you are using and to understand how your product is operating.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is an incredibly steep learning curve.

One stop place to be able to see what is happening within our product and the analytics that we are recording.

The best part is the handiness of the product. It really takes a couple of clicks to analyse anything you want. Customise whatever you want and make it available with just one click.
What do you dislike about the product?
With ease of use comes the price for less accurate data or analysis of complex data. It is limited to certain aspects, when doing a complex analysis you would need a different tool.

Mixpanel is enabling to get the analysis for different webpages, check the perfomance of landing pages, analyze data of different events, track metrics and identify gaps & perfomance.

What do you like best about the product?
The realtime data analysis capability - a real game changer for strategic decison-making. You can monitor user engagement across multiple platforms instantly. Event tracking is top-notch, giving us specific insight on customer behaviour patterns. Finally, the funnel analysis too helps us spot where customers dropping out of purchase journey, a big plus for optimising conversions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their pricing model is bit steep especially for smaller scale operations. Also, it can be complex to implement with no prior knowledge of the tool, so there's a steep learning curve involved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us understand our customer journey much better, providing granular data on user behaviour. The cohort analysis feature allows us to target market segments more effectively, increasing our customer reach. Finally, the A/B testing feature gives us the data we need for continuous marketing strategy refinement, driving more robust business outcomes.
Mixpanel is a must have for Product Managers. It has been extremely helpful in my product analytics

It's easy to use, and the information I've gleaned from analyzing statistics, sales reports, market data and event-related diagnostics has helped me refine my strategy. The sophisticated segmentation features it offers help us classify our consumers based on their unique characteristics and interaction patterns. To improve the user experience and refine our brand, we monitor crucial events, activities and conversions.
What do you dislike about the product?
From what I see, it is sometimes slow due to the sheer volume of data it must process, and sometimes makes diagnostic errors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As the revenue growth rate has increased over the previous year, the company has relied on market analysis formulas for future sales procedures, this software has been helpful in this regard. It allows us to divide our consumers into distinct groups based on factors such as geography, device and usage patterns. It allows me to better understand specific subsets of users with its help. Sales can attest to its usefulness. I believe you will make the best choice in terms of data analytics software with statistical prediction, product sales potential and the capital it helps you create.

Some core features are disabled for users even paying.

Many product analytic tools offer extremely high price for early startup, but mixpanel offers very fair price and quite similar features with others.
I love Mixpanel although it disappoints me rarely !
What do you like best about the product?
It make every insight preparation like a snap with one condition which is giving it a clean data, which should be our responsiblity in fact.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mixpanel is updating how the product looks not what the product offers, no new things in graph types or reporting types, even the new AI module it takes too much time comparing with other competitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a power bi user for almost 5 five year till now, I thought power bi was the easiest tool ever, then I tried Mixpanel, with Mixpanel it was my first time to get introduced to event data and attributes, and actually Mixpanel made it easy to me to learn fast and manipulate the data much faster to get whatever insights I need.
