Mixpanel for Social and Search Conversion Rates
What do you dislike about the product?
Does have some minor issues with ASP sites that use form modals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to identify unique user pathways, what campaigns and keywords brought them in, and any drop off during the conversion funnel.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure dev team implements Mixpanel correctly on the site, otherwise it causes issues with data capturing.
A product Manager's best friend
What do you like best about the product?
The data is grouped by user, so you can easily track user behavior.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very often, the data makes no sens when tracking a Funnel like the onboarding, etc... It gets messy and it's hard to understand.
Their marketing automation solution does not work well : emails get sent sometimes randomly, the triggers fail to be detected also...

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For the privous mobile apps I managed.
Analytics redefined!
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to sort data bearing deep insights from the product/website without any conventional coding knowledge is the best part of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There hasn't been anything such so far but there could be some improvements in the graphical form of how it is displayed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helped in tracking information related to the product such as sign up rate, conversion ratio, other basic info and Apps related information of the product. Querying all these without any coding effort and easy access makes it much easier to use.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Mixpanel is a great tool to help you manage analytics of your product/service without any coding knowledge.
Great tool

Onboarding trackability

Mixpanel for product and marketing optimization
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Mixpanel combines customer and aggregate level data to really allow you to both understand trends and your users.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think at times it is challenging to use the aggregate data in an efficient way so you still need to pair it with a web analytics tool for those quick level reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding customer registration and engagement flow and what sources drive engaged users. We were able to isolate our most loyal users to engage them in our ambassador and growth efforts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Know that this will only be as successful as you are in developing the measurement plan and engaging your development team in implementing the data as well as validating it's success. It is a big commitment to tracking important actions on your site and the dev and product team have to be fully invested to make the use efficient..
Mixpanel Product Review
What do you like best about the product?
The Event tracking easily beats the Google Analytics equivalent for analyzing complex interactions (on a website or app). The Mixpanel Community is a useful source of tips and resolutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how certain features require you to pay more money (e.g. flow reporting). I'd prefer it if we were given an a-la-carte price where we could avail of all the features. I'd also say that their account management isn't very good - they're not very proactive with managing client relationships (or at least they aren't with us!). Every now and again they'll talk about different pricing plans, but we'd prefer a stronger relationship around getting more out of the toolkit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've used it to track how Users interact with our address/location selectors. We've learned how users are triggering errors when they enter their details and also what the most popular selections are (e.g. ZIP code entry versus City).
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It depends on what you're trying to understand - if you have user experiences like single-page applications (where it's basically a single page with a ton of different interactions that a user can make), then I'd recommend it because it's pretty straightforward to understand the flow of user interactions (assuming you tag it correctly) vs. the 'standard' web analytics tools (which are better at scrutinizing experiences across multiple pages).
I'd recommend doing due diligence on this tool versus rivals, because there are similar vendors 'out there'. Also: read the community/support posts to see what kind of errors/bugs they have.

The simples and friendliest tool to really know what happen in your website
What do you like best about the product?
Mixpanel is easy to install and easy to use and is plenty of documentation so if you want to learn how to use it well you could find useful content in text and video. You can use the platform in several ways, create your own funnels. register and track users behavior and even automate email marketing based on events.
What do you dislike about the product?
The documentation requires some level of technical knowledge and this could be a problem for someone in beginner level. The pricing is really high for startups, so even when you can try the product in its free plan could be a big jump to pay what it costs per month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mixpanel is like a swiss army knife for metrics. If you want to check traffic, to see marketing funnels and track users activity the platform covered really well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You should really try the product in its free plan and be sure to know how really use it because the paid plans are expensive if you're not a big company or agency.
