Some really good live views

What do you like best about the product?
I really love the live view feature. It's something other platforms don't offer. I like that you can filter this live view too. It's very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I don't quite know how to answer a certain question. i would also like to know how to set up user types etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Early adoption KPIs of a user forum.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to view segments, filter them according to conclusions and then view any property is super useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The service is overpriced, at the 2 last companies I worked at my budget didn't allow me to use MixPanel as I wanted
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it for game design, by learning about the behavior of my players I am able to fine tune features.

What do you like best about the product?
Live results, independent from analysts, can make fast decision, can filter into the funnel by user type, category..
What do you dislike about the product?
Need dev in order to add events, I have to create a specific funnel and I can't see a "tree" like chart to see how users flow through the site, relatively long learning curve - if I didn't use the right property I can't know I did a mistake and Im getting the wrong data
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Shorten time for AB test analysis, drill down into behaviour

There is an inconsistency in the functions sometimes i.e. different calendars across Explore and Segmentation

Total flexibility, great support, powerful tools, constantly innovating
What do you dislike about the product?
Some buggy areas of the dashboard, data can be used in so many ways that you can't make a product to fit them all. A bloody good effort though!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
UX problems, investor metrics, general trends, reporting on campaigns etc. the list goes on!

The breakdown of events and people analysis. Data visualisation and the simplicity of their mobile app. The funnel visualisation.

The level of data view available on the mobile app. The cost

We're getting our SaaS analytics from Mixpanel. We get real time analytics and event details of any user action on the website.

What do you like best about the product?
easy to use, easy to implement, CS is very professional
What do you dislike about the product?
1. some standard feature that im use to use in analytic tools densest exist in mixpanel for example - frequency use use
2. people events vs usage event - for example i cannot send message to customers that did more than 10 searches in the past week
3. cohort distribution - i cannot ask a simple question such as what is the age distribution of my customers and cross it with usage
4. CS - email -> chat
5. sending email messages - doesnt work well

integrate the people events with usage event to enable a better analysis for example i cannot send message to customers that did more than 10 searches in the past week
