Great analytics options to understand customer engagement.

What do you like best about the product?
It's great that basically any aspect of our app can be tracked and analyzed quickly and easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the data is not intuitive or relevant. I also find the mobile app lacking and wish it had more of the features of the web version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to know how our app was being used for product development understanding. It has given us a great window into daily usage and which features are/aren't used.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Put triggers everywhere in your code! I wish I had added more, we put in a lot but could still use even more information.

What do you like best about the product?
I have both analytics and people product for free, it's great when bootstrapping a product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing, if I switch to a paid plan I will have less usage available

Product analytics, see what's going on with my product and being able to take action on users based on actions they have performed (or haven't)

What do you like best about the product?
Powerful charts with cohorts, among user trackings and graphs and else, Mixpanel is the facto the best solution for analytics needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is never enough example and documentation when you want to merge, export / import users from your DB to theirs, vice and versa
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
tracking real time stats of our users + habits. Which products are popular among our users, testing onboardings flows, tracking habits and user behaviours.

Powerful query UIs. Clean, simple to use interfaces. Reliable service.

JQL could have more intellisense to make writing queries easier.

1. Having both smartphone app and web app.
2. Dashboard to see results in real-time
3. Free model gives basic insights and creates an exciting feeling of wanting to obtain the paid version.

User behaviour - with mixed panel we have had an orientation on what services users enjoy the most.

Mix panel is a very useful tool. Without which we cant imagine how we can engage the client. Slicing and dicing the data is easy and we can get deep insightus

What do you like best about the product?
That I can see data in real-time. Also, the interface is very intuitive and simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Free plan is too limited, other plans are too expensive for what I need. There's nothing in between.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Detecting which features of my mobile apps are the most/least popular and their correlation with retention.
- Understanding how users interact with my apps.

What do you like best about the product?
Completely customizable to your company's needs. You get total visibility into how users engage with your app which is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are probably many amazing features that are under utilized by my team because the on-boarding for Mix Panel is a bit lacking. I would love if they sent out frequent "how-to" articles or more info around feature releases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Growth, retention, engagement, product feature testing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
By far better than any other product I've used that is comparable.
