I have no complaints about this platform. Our experience has been outstanding; the interface is among the most intuitive available, making it simple to track incidents, changes, reports, and more. It fits our work requirements perfectly.

I appreciate how effectively it displays and manages the bill of materials (BOM). I like the standard operating procedures, it provides a wide selection of different processing options. It allows users to develop quality solutions, and the analytics offer an excellent view of trends. I like the feature for adding additional atributes.

The process for creating custom reports could use some improvement; having a drop-down menu would make it more user-friendly. Additionally, choosing approvers could be more straightforward, since it can occasionally be challenging to locate the necessary documents.

Some users may require additional and in some cases an extensive training in order to understand how to effectively apply the platform in their product lifecycle management.

We needed a platform that brought together all of our teams involved in product design and generation from engineering, customer service, IT among others and with Teamcenter, we have exactly that and it has worked immensely to towards our benefit.

To smaller companies the process of licensing, maintenance and configuration maybe a bit steep and this hinder them from acquiring it altogether.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously while aiming to launch a new product/service, it was long, tiresome and time-consuming where everything followed a manual route, but with Teamcenter everything follows a designed process, from design, execution, and evaluation and this enables us to expand our market niche and product offering.

Teamcenter has enhanced close team collaboration in initiating product management programs across the enterprise. It integrated successfully with CRM system and we are experiencing positive returns. Our customers can easily reach our sales agents and get product demonstrations from anywhere.

Teamcenter is the primary product visualization tool that enhances close customer relations. It enables my team to hold trade sessions and engage clients for better service delivery. The Active workspace has enhanced seamless access to product data.

What do you like best about the product?
Their infrastructure gives best engineering and documentation experience and also their PLM and PDM always provide the hassle free experience to our team to coordinate with each other without any issue.

I like their customer support team and number of integration that gives best implementation experience to us.

We need a platform where our all team work and collaborate with each other effectively, and here Teamcenter make the work module more easy to use for my team to perform better.
