Great Data Integration, but High Credit Consumption
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to pull in multiple data sources into one distinct location

The amount of credit consumption it takes to use the data and the data cloud

Allows us to safely replicate and pull in data from external sources for use inside of salesforce

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the support from the Salesforce team during the setup process. The unification process helps our team gain valuable insights for marketing. I also find features like data models and the ability to bring your own data very useful. Additionally, I value the flexibility and support provided by Salesforce Data Cloud.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found setting up Salesforce Data Cloud to be initially challenging. It was an activity that needed to be worked out thoroughly, and we required help from the Salesforce team to set it up properly. Additionally, there could be more flexibility in the identity resolution features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Salesforce Data Cloud solves data unification problems, providing our team with valuable insights to improve marketing efforts.
Promising Capabilities but Pricing Concerns
What do you like best about the product?
I believe Salesforce Data Cloud is promising, especially with its integration capabilities with tools like Jira and Snowflake. The DMO, ingestion, and other features appear really useful. Despite the learning curve, I feel that I am making good progress with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing of Salesforce Data Cloud is very expensive, which is a significant concern. Additionally, the initial setup process involves a steep learning curve, requiring a lot of learning before effectively using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find the product promising as it will streamline integrations, especially between Jira and Snowflake, and has useful capabilities like DMO and ingestion.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the ease of setup with Salesforce Data Cloud. Handling streaming data with very low latency is invaluable for my operations. The platform excels in optimizing latency and managing high data volumes effortlessly. I find its integrations with connectors like MuleSoft and S3 extremely beneficial. Overall, I think it's a fantastic product, deserving a recommendation score of 10.

I use Salesforce Data Cloud to analyze click streams, identifying geo-location and product reviews, optimizing analysis latency and handling high data volumes easily, which benefits my operations.
Great Data Harmonization Concept, but Steep Learning Curve for Admins

The idea of harmonizing data is great. The mapping tool is very transparent

I am still learning, not the easy learn for Admins,
I don't get a clear picture from there the data from in the end of the process. Most of the time we have one contact present in 2 or 3 orgs. Business want to see all the resources info

Great Integrations, but Setup and Credit Costs Need Clarity
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the wide range of integration options available.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my opinion, the setup process is not very straightforward, and it's also unclear how credit usage affects both impact and cost.

I am currently using it to support advanced use cases within Marketing Cloud.
