Data Cloud and Agentforce are synonymous
What do you like best about the product?
Harmonize data and remove duplicates data. It also create segment for marketing cloud to best suite any company requirements. It has also ease of integration with different system to ingest data into data cloud. It is also native to salesforce platform to work on any salesforce data whether it is in health cloud or sales cloud or any other cloud data.
This is also fit to our MuleSoft API-led architect environment to pull or push data into system.

What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing model is little confusion. If data cloud team can educate all their customer about their pricing model with Agentforce then it will be better to under for large investment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CDP is solving our Sales and Marking data to segmentize and for calculated insight of data.

Salesforce solves the time of repetive tasks. It uses AI so I don't have to write the same explanation everytime.

What do you like best about the product?
The feature for connecting to multiple data sources for both import and export and unifying profiles. Also it is quite convinient to use once the design document is created.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sandbox is not available at the moment and pricing related to credit usage is not very clear.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud CDP is an excellent tool for consolidating and managing customer data across multiple touchpoints. As a CRM professional, I’ve had the opportunity to use it extensively to integrate data, create more personalized customer journeys, and ultimately improve marketing strategies.
What do you dislike about the product?
While it’s an incredibly powerful platform, the learning curve can be steep, especially for those new to Salesforce products or CDPs in general.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrating all data sources- If you’re already using Salesforce products like Sales Cloud or Service Cloud, the integration is seamless. This creates a unified ecosystem for both customer service and marketing.
