Cost-effective offboarding automation and access review, with a growing library of integrations

What do you like best about the product?
Lumos's one-click offboarding saves my team a lot of time with the offboarding process. It also removes human error as an element in most interactions, decreasing the amount of time that it takes for me to ramp new employees into the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've been with Lumos for a long time and have experienced occasional hiccups in their integration development. The team has been very responsive and helped fix any errors!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lumos helps us to manage a diverse IT environment with minimal oversight. As an agile company, our IT team does not always have perfect visibility across the business- Lumos helps to close that gap by providing a centralized understanding of application usage.

What do you like best about the product?
It is incredibly simple to hook services in, create approval chains, and automate onboarding and deprovisioning. The efficiencies gained will be very tangible.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, no downsides. Time will tell, but our experience thus far has been well above average. The team is very concerned with our success and has gone to great lengths to make sure we are well versed and set up for automation and user satisfaction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to automate as much of our systems onboarding, change management, and deprovisioning as possible to remain a lean team. We were able to set up and deploy Lumos in less than a month, which is nearly unheard of for this type of project.

Logging is not there yet. Needs work to have better capabilities.

Delightful - from relationship to functionality

What do you like best about the product?
I highly respect the entire team and the software is delightful.

From the beginning of the discovery process, Lumos listened to our needs and provided us with a personalized journey allowing us to vet if Lumos was our solution.

Now, working with Lumos couldn't be better. 1:1 Slack onboarding, support, and launce advice, I'm confident we are on our way to greater vision and process behind software management. Security, budget, and happy auditors for the win!
What do you dislike about the product?
As Lumos continues to grow, integrations will increase. We are excited to be part of the growth from a customer angle. Everyone is listening and eager to help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vision into shadow IT, standardized provisioning and de-provisioning of users, and audit logging! All within a great UX interface that is delightful and easy to navigate.

What do you like best about the product?
We recently just launched Lumos. The Lumos support team has been a pleasure to deal with, any issues we had were quickly addressed. Lumos has helped my team save a lot of time handling end-user requests.

Pros:
Self-Service for End Users
Quickly provision access to apps we usually need to log into to grant access.
A quick look at Orphaned/Dormant accounts requires just a few clicks to de-provision those accounts.
It helps identify shadow IT apps that could have been missed.

Cons: None so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't found anything we dislike about this product yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Self Service for end users needing access to applications
Easy clean-up of Orphaned/Dormant accounts
Saves our team time logging in to each app individually to grant access

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to get started. The application Discovery was quite helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not many now, a new product with great features coming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a new IT Director, the application discovery is a great help in wrangling shadow IT.

What do you like best about the product?
The Self-Service App feature dramatically reduces waiting time for our staff. The Access Review reports easily notify app owners of user licenses which reduces cost.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far nothing. The Lumos CSM has provides us with the needed support to get us going and integrated us quickly on what we want to accomplish. The UI is a delight to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lumos provides an interface where it is easy to follow and be compliant faster cutting down time, cost and headache. Getting the results that we need in a timely matter means more time on other projects.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the access review feature. You can quickly assess applications, users in applications and then you can use this as part of a compliance review which is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
.The team has been very very responsive to any bugs I've identified and to the best of my knowledge has fixed them all, so I don't have any complaints. They really want their customers to find a lot of value in the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
App Discover
App Access Reviews
Self Service that works nicely with Slack
License Management (this is really cool, allows me to see when people are not using expensive SaaS licenses like SFDC so that we can remove those licenses and repurpose them).

Great Product, Great Team! Does it get any better?

What do you like best about the product?
The capabilities of the platform. The team is amazing to work with! There is some thought leadership here that I haven't seen anywhere else. I feel like Lumos is headed in the right direction. The product is set up to compete with the big players in the space and will fill in some niches that aren't filled.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still, early days and some features are new.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Security access reviews! It completely makes the process streamlined, and at the end, you get a beautiful PDF to show to auditors or maybe post on your wall, it's that good. Access requests are another place that we still have yet to dive into, but I am looking forward to seeing that in action.

Lumos App Store Saves our Company Time and Money

What do you like best about the product?
We are able to automate access to our applications - this includes granting access, creating the Jira ticket, gathering approvals, and completing the work.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much that I dislike but Lumos is new and is adding new features all the time. They listen to their customers and work hard to fix bugs quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lumos automates all of our access requests freeing up time for our techs. Lumos also helps us with right-sizing our licenses and shows us our shadow IT apps.
