Easy SaaS discovery, management and AppStore to manage the SaaS

What do you like best about the product?
How easily integrates with our technology stack. Okta, Slack, Google Workspace, Zoom...
How responsive is their team to accept suggestions, new features...
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit young product, but it's at the same time a big advantage as while they are building the tool it adapts to our company needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having visibility of the SaaS used per employee, ease the onboarding and offboarding process but the most important one is the AppStore to offer a sanctioned SaaS catalog

What do you like best about the product?
We are a growing startup looking to manage our IT assets and Lumos makes it easy to manage account access, audit reviews, shadow IT accounts and has been more than flexible with us when asking for additional integrations or bug fixing.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't run into much that we haven't liked, and when we do the Lumos team is more than happy to set up a time with us to go over whatever issue we are running into.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a tremendous amount of applications under our umbrella of IT and Lumos makes it easy to manage. We are starting to integrate our approval process using Lumos instead of other methods we've used in the past. Access reviews are important for us, Lumos makes it super easy to pull that information when we do our quarterly reviews.

What do you like best about the product?
Self service of application requests, reporting on access.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was some type of onboarding template where we could suggest apps based on a users title/job role.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving time by eliminating manual tasks.
Creating reports showing an audit of access vs usage, and allowing us to fix that within the console.

What do you like best about the product?
Lumos is an application that helps with Onboarding/Offboarding and keeping tabs on all software access requests. This is something unlike any other and should have been in the market years ago.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, features are up and coming so the only downside is that it may or may not meet everyone's needs. That said, Lumos is very eager to listen and so far have implemented new features based on our feedback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Onboarding/Offboarding and keeping track of software access requests are the main focus of this platform. Think of it as an app store for your company. Lumos has been helping us streamline the workflow in this area.

What do you like best about the product?
Lumos has a great, easy to use UI and simplies common IT tasks through automation, removing hours of manual work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, it does exactly what has been designed to do, streamline, simplify, automate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IT Vendor Management, Licence Management and Access Management. Lumos has greatly reduced our teams compliance tasks and made it simpler to complete our yearly audit reviews.

What do you like best about the product?
It solves a number of problems that have been outstanding for us. The most important has been user access reviews which we require for some of our compliance objectives. These can be done quickly and can be distributed out to different members of the company that are responsible for the application ensuring that the correct person is performing the review. We are new to the platform and are still onboarding to some of the features, but there is some great functionality to unlock including the ability to provide time-based group memberships which is something of particular interest.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being a new product, it's lacking some features at the moment, the most apparent is more robust reporting, but suspect that will come with time. Lack of some ability to automate, i.e. schedule quarterly user access reviews and have the platform notify a reviewer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
User access reviews - Assisting in providing auditable evidence of the completion of this task for compliance reasons.
License management - Quick and easy way to see who is using up licenses to our SaaS tooling, allowing us to free up licenses and ensure that users that are no longer at the company both aren't using a license and don't have access to our tools.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the biggest advantages of Lumos is that it is simple and powerful. We were able to get Lumos online quickly and start having an impact on our business. Being able to quickly assign application access with little to no human interaction is a game changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, it is hard to find things that I dislike about Lumos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The two biggest problems solved by Lumos is now we can quickly perform access reviews and have a better insight into how applications are used within the company.

A great tool for automation and compliance

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to automate application request fulfillment, and at the same time build a database we can use for access reviews that keep us in compliance, is great. We had not come across a product like this when we spoke to Lumos.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that we've seen so far to dislike. The Lumos team has been very receptive to our feature requests and feedback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a lot of SaaS tools integrated with Okta, but every request is a helpdesk ticket that must be manually attended to. Lumos automates that human process, whilst still creating helpdesk tickets in Jira for tracking purposes.
We also had an issue coordinating who had access to what, and reviewing those lists for accuracy, and as required by various industry standards. Lumos resolves both of these issues for us.

They are still a new company so the features are still being rolled out.

Lumos is helping us with our compliance needs, ISO requires access reviews and Lumos has made that easy to manage
