What do you like best about the product?
BDRSuite Backup & Replication stands out for its comprehensive and flexible approach to data protection. One of its strongest features is the wide array of supported platforms, including physical, virtual, and cloud environments.
What do you dislike about the product?
As far till now I did not find anything which makes me dislike or have issue in BDRSuite. Till now everything is good.

Best Product and Support I've ever used
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and performance on both backup and replication. Also splendid customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no negative toughts on Vembu BDR products

Pricing, Ease of Use, Performance, Security, Compliance
Can be trusted to create backups every day, in the background, without any intervention

Simple and straight forward interface and intergration

Some of the menus aren't where you would expect them. Creates intermediate files on the servers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduled backups of hyper-v machines
Very Simple and Effective Backup Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Very simple and effective. I was able to install and backup within a few minutes
What do you dislike about the product?
A little buggy. It had issue host name resolution issues with IPV6, and also had some scheduled backup issues. Support does their best to resolve the issues and are very responsive, though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Need a simple back to USB drive solution. Cost effective.

What do you like best about the product?
Assists with instant data recovery and file-level searching.
What do you dislike about the product?
It may be somewhat technical for the average person. Familiarizing oneself with the portal and its features requires a considerable investment of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The assurance that data remains secure in the event of a crash or tragedy provides peace of mind.
BDRSuite - Good Product
What do you like best about the product?
It was easy to install, configure the backups and restore. We usually get immediate reply from the support team. We try to push the product to take Virtual Machine backup which is mostly required at customer place.
We haven't configure integration with any other apps so not sure how it works. If possible, please schedule a Demo session for the same.
Pricing is good in Oman market. The biggest advantage is that we get Perpetual licensing as it help us to convince customer to buy than any other Vendors such as Veeam/Veritas/Acronis.

What do you dislike about the product?
As there is not much of talks in the market, no one really knows the product which becomes difficult to put in front of the customer. May be you can do an event and we can invite our customers to know more about your products.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly the file server backup which is very important backup. It helps to immediately restore it as and when required. As i mentioned earlier, pricing is the advantage in Oman market and Perpetual license is plus point as well.
Quick and Simple Backup
What do you like best about the product?
Simple Straight forward setup of failover images. Customer Support was quick to answer questions I had about cloud backup. It is used daily to backup our data as well. All are very easy to implement. It has settings for many other services that we don't use yet, such as m365 integration and single signon.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cloud licesening was a little confusing to start but with help from customer service we were able to get it figured out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a new backup soloution that fit our budget and the BDRSuite was able to fill that need.

What do you dislike about the product?
The KBs can be improved to assist users with troubleshooting, that could save a significant amount of time for the customer as well as the technical support team.

What do you like best about the product?
The customer service is great, and they take the time to understand your business needs. Their product set worked really well for the project that our company was working on. The Suite is easy to work with and the feature set is realtively self explanatory.

What do you dislike about the product?
So far their are not many downsides, however only during the trial of the product did we realise that we needed a fully licnesed (Standard) VM evnrionmet for the product to work. It will not work with any free licnese of VM ware as it requires access to the API (not sure if its avaialbe for the essentials).
If any suggestions are taken I would recommended stating that some where on the website. But other than that its great company to work with.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to find a solution that was cost effective to satify one of or clients business continuity requirements and BDR Suite had the feature set that we needed. Specifically using the Virtual Machine back up feature for vSphere hypevisor environments.
Affordable Solution for VM Backups
What do you like best about the product?
Good pricing. Good Support. Mutliple installation options is helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Couple of bugs here and there, we have had issues with software which make it a bit harder to implement. But Support helped us to figure it out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
365 backup's work great. Never had issues. Also love the fact it has direct S3 integration.
